So, what happens next. I have 124 shares of this that I bought back in 2014 or something. It was when I first started investiing and thought I could spend $100 dollars on 4 companies I thought would come out of Bankrupt and turn into $1K and then flip that over and over again to $1M. Well I would up spending $75K to Make over $600K :) I was just looking at this as it is still in my account and wondering if I should just close it out or perhaps try my luck on this if it does become anything again.

The stock is no longer revoked. If you go on sec.gov and look up the company, they filed a form 10 and appear to be a fully reporting company again. I assume the stock will start trading again with in the next few months. Does anyone out there still own those?

According to texas-drilling.com, these guys have leases in Webb, Duvall, and Sabine counties in south Texas. Not sure how accurate that is. Maybe that's why they moved their headquarters to Houston after bankruptcy? It'd be nice to get a news release from the company.

This company was listed on the Nasdaq but went into bankruptcy at a time many oil company's were struggling. It emerged from it on November of 2016 with the full share structure intact (rare occurrence) with all debt eliminated (there are court papers backing it)
I spoke to Thomas the CEO of company numerous times he told me he didn't sell a single of his shares during bankruptcy and he doesn't grantee anything in the future but is HOPEFUL (so am I)

Seller at 0.10 is gone. 0.11 back up on the ask.

SARA could move up a few ticks quite quickly with just a bit of volume. Maybe the seller who has slowly been unloading from 0.12 down to 0.09 is done?

Saratoga Resources, Inc., an independent oil and natural gas company, acquires, exploits, produces, and develops crude oil and natural gas properties in the United States. Its properties consist of 52,103 acres under leases, including 32,289 acres gross/net located in the transitional coastline in protected in-bay environments on parish and state leases in south Louisiana; and 19,814 acres gross/net under federal leases in the shallow Gulf of Mexico shelf. As of December 31, 2013, the company had total proved reserves of 17.2 million barrels of crude oil equivalent consisting of 9.2 million barrels of oil and 48.0 billion cubic feet of natural gas; and probable reserves of 16.8 million barrels of crude oil equivalent comprising 6.9 million barrels of oil and 59.5 billion cubic feet of natural gas. Saratoga Resources, Inc. was founded in 1990 and is based in Houston, Texas.
