Feb. 14 (Bloomberg) -- JPMorgan Chase & Co. will pay Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. $699 million under a settlement announced this month, according to details filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan.

The payment is a return of defunct Lehman’s collateral deposited with the bank, which JPMorgan’s investment funds had claimed in compensation for losses on Lehman investments. A judge is scheduled to hold a hearing on the settlement tomorrow, according to the filing.

Hold and wait, there is nothing to do yet as there is not an effective date.
CT's will probably continue to trade, but equity will be lumped together into a single share of the surviving company according to the POR.

What do we have to do with the Lehman shares for the conversion? I sent in my forms for the WAMU case which had a deadline of this friday, but I am lost as to what we are supposed to do for the various classes of Lehman stock...wamu has four classes of stock, Lehman has like 15, I own all of them....what do we do? I want shares of the new company, that's why I joined the vultures, so there would be an Eagle Scout in their midst....remember Eagles can pick bones too!

1975 Cosworth Vega, with 6,000 original miles. These were amazing cars with a DOHC and 16 valve fuel injection back 37 years ago. Essentially what every motor is today.
