Cypress continues to offer reasonable fundamentals even as the price/share heads to $16.50. I've worked the share price range with reasonable effectiveness since starting this holding in Sept of 2017.
Three buys and three sells to make small adjustments to the holding have helped the investment.

Hi B, I was able to buy a few shares extra during the 2018 late year melt-down to add to the position. Here's the history:
I own a few more shares now than when I started and the cash is a little better, too. I'll start to recover some cash once it's risen about another 10% from here. With the yield over 2.8% I'm not in a hurry to sell shares.
Since I last posted here CY has cycled to a new 52 Week Low of under $12/share. I've purchased twice more since that post adding over 20% to my position. Prices were $14 and just this last week under $12/share.
Value Line shows "Timeliness" to be average (#3) right now and they give CY a 3-5 year price target range of $25 to $40 per share. While my cash reserve isn't as deep as I would like with the recent buying, I still can add more shares if the swoon is to continue. It will take a further 10% discount from my last buy to get the cash register to open, however.
The Price/Share is currently down 2.8% since I started my CY holding. With some opportunistic trading the portfolio (exclusive of dividends) is now up 3%. I own 2.4% more shares now than my start but the cash reserve is currently down 38% from the start. So, let's hope Value Line's prognostications are correct.
This morning the markets were a bit more generous and filled my Sell trade for 10% of my position.
Now at 30% cash overall which give some comfort in case the markets get acting oddly.

(NYSE:CY - News) today announced that Behavior Tech Computer Corporation (BTC), a leading manufacturer of PC peripherals, has selected Cypress’s OvationONS™ I Laser Navigation Sensor, WirelessUSB™ LP radio and enCoRe™ III microcontroller for a new wireless media center keyboard. The sleek, multifunctional 9039URF III keyboard uses the CYONS1001T0 sensor to provide high accuracy tracking performance for its trackball. The precision, small form-factor, and low-power of the OvationONS sensor provide the flexibility to design with a variety of sizes and materials for trackballs. Additionally, Cypress’s 2.4-GHz WirelessUSB LP radio and enCoRe III microcontroller deliver flawless and low-power wireless connectivity to the keyboard.
OvationONS laser navigation products feature Cypress’s patented OptiCheck™ technology, a detection scheme that maximizes tracking performance and reduces power consumption versus traditional image capture/correlation techniques. Combined with Cypress’s ultra-low power wireless technology, the total human interface device (HID) solution prolongs battery life for the keyboard. The industry-leading interference immunity of Cypress’s AgileHID™ protocol allows the keyboard to operate uninterrupted in the home environment, where the 2.4-GHz spectrum is crowded with signals from Wi-Fi, microwaves, cordless phones and other devices.

The OvationONS I family integrates a Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) and detector in a compact 8 mm x 8 mm QFN package with a simple snap-on lens design. The simple two-piece device has built-in laser eye safety management, eliminating the need for laser power calibration during assembly to reduce manufacturing complexity and cost. In addition to keyboard trackball solution, the OvationONS I family also includes devices targeted for high performance laser mouse applications. Cypress’s OptiCheck technology’s signal-processing speed and power consumption is independent of the sensor’s tracking speed. OvationONS I sensors can simultaneously support full speed (52 inches per second) and full resolution (3200 counts-per-inch), maximizing the counts-per-second recorded by the mouse and avoiding the "deceleration" effect that hampers many sensors on the market today. SunPower Names Robert Okunski as Senior Director of Investor Relations

SAN JOSE, Calif., March 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SunPower Corporation (Nasdaq: SPWR - News), a Silicon Valley-based manufacturer of high-efficiency solar cells, solar panels and solar systems, today announced that Robert Okunski has joined the company as its senior director of investor relations. In this newly created role, Okunski is responsible for driving investor relations activities for SunPower.
Okunski brings a decade of experience in developing and executing global investor relations programs for high-tech companies in the semiconductor, software and Internet industries.

Prior to joining SunPower, Okunski was director of investor relations for Spansion Inc, a $2.5 billion leader in the Flash memory industry serving the top 10 handset, consumer electronics and automotive OEMs. During his tenure, he was responsible for investor relations activities relating to the company's IPO and the development of a global investor relations program. Previously, Okunski was vice president of investor relations for PeopleSoft prior to its acquisition by Oracle Corp. in 2004.
Okunski graduated from Colgate University with a bachelor's degree in political science and received his MBA degree from Moravian College.
