That the point, mmte will not be able to bid high enough to win these contract but other companies will. My hope is that the few that will get contract have concession close to mmte so we will be bought out. I do see that as a real possibility. I sure everyone here would like that event to happen.

Just wanted to make this point.

How is the Chilean Gov going to auction these CEOL's off?

And how is MMTE going to pay for them?

I hope that WL is thinking about this to and already made plans to go forward.

Lithium is not currently exploitable via regular mining concessions in Chile. However, on February 7th, 2012, Chile's Vice Minister of Mining announced the government plans to conduct an auction for lithium production quotas and licenses (CEOLs), in a manner that wouldn't require any changes to existing mining laws. The CEOLs to be tendered will be for 100,000 tons of lithium metal (approximately 530,000 tons of lithium carbonate equivalent), be valid for twenty years and consist of a yet to be determined upfront payment as well as a seven percent of sales payment paid to the Chilean government. Li3 has begun the process of evaluating its participation in the CEOL tender process, in parallel with its exploration and development program, and expects that the Chilean government will provide additional clarity on the application process in due course, with the objective of awarding the tender within the course of this year.

Just couldn't do it! Was thinking of freeing up some funds by selling others. Problem is.....I have two others that are moving now and it's hard to sell when that is happening. So, I guess I'll just be happy with what I have for now. Like you said....buy on the dips! That's what I will have to do if this goes before I can free up the funds.

This play is good for about another two months at most if get 2 to 3 pr's in march. The big word is if. It is always news coming soon or right around the corner or I smell news. The truth is nobody knows for sure except WL and I am sure he is working on moving this forward but it is slow process. If no jv by may announced then your going to see mmte dribble back down to aleast 3's IMO because mmte will never have the money to even start the process of mining. Maybe lithium one will bid high enough to get one of those contracts now that would be good sign for mmte because of the mining title claim we have next to them. You can have 100000 acres of land and it be worthless if you can not mine it.There is alot of if's with not pr's in penny land is bad combo.

I would like to see PR coming by the end of this month. Forget about 17, 14 C for the moment, to get to 1C area MMTE has to start punching meaningful news right now. Because of changing laws in Chile other players will position themselves with some big news by the end of this year or sooner, so WL has to show up to be one of them. As we could see our competitors are not loosing any good opportunities to shy in the news. JMO
