Agree, AMRN game is still on. Concerning short term AMRN call & put options and SP, until we the next AMRN catalyst - a settlement, earnings report, court trail vedict or BO; IMO pure options are currently a money loosing proposition. One has a better chance currently playing craps, rolling the dice, each week until better AMRN visibility is provided. Back in Dec, after the AMRN FDA approval, my preference was to play AMRN cover calls against my position; using the Jan17-27 calls (a nice winner), Feb21-24 calls & Mar 20-30 calls covered call options and collect the premium on my AMRN positions - so far so good.

Jefferies 11/29 take on Amarin:

"Jefferies analyst Michael Yee provided his takeaways from a recent call with a patent lawyer related to ongoing generics litigation for Amarin's (NASDAQ: AMRN) Vascepa. AMDA litigation between Amarin and generic filers Reddy's and Hikma has come into focus amid the approval of the sNDA for Vascepa and a trial is set to start on 1/13/20.
Yee said they came away from the expert call positive as many generic claims have already abandoned or invalidated by the court and, in the opinion of the patent attorney, a settlement or outright win by Amarin is probable.
The analyst said a settlement would be a positive outcome and could potentially push the stock to $25-30 as a key overhang is removed.
"We still think a settlement would be a great outcome as it would benefit all parties involved, including removing an overhang on AMRN and the generics potentially getting ~6 months of limited exclusivity in a $5B+ mkt later in 2029, which is worth a lot to generic companies," Yee commented. "We estimate that every six mos of generic entry earlier than 2029 equates to $2/share, though Teva has already settled for 2029."
If a settlement is not reached, the expert still thinks Amarin would likely win the case outright.
"Our DCF suggests the stock is worth $30 on peak sales of $3-4B, and every $1B higher peak flows to the bottom line and is worth $5/sh upside," Yee commented.
In addition to the takeaways on the generics litigation, Yee previewed upcoming competitor data. While data from competitor fish oils over the next 12 months could result in some headline noise, the big picture shouldn't affect Amarin, he said.
The analyst reiterated a Buy rating and $30.00 price target on AMRN.

The Audit Financials that "Tommy Boy" has indicated time and time again over the last 3 yrs. was in process - Still no audit financials!

Remember "The Shu" (Cheryl Shuman)? Mutually together they both rammed each other over RFMK promise after promise, then turned on each other like a pair rabid dogs and really gave the RFMK shareholder a real reaming in the $$$ pocket.

And then the RFMK product - The RFMK sales over the last 3 yrs speaks for itself.

Some follow-up RFMK questions since 2012 and RFMK thoughts:

1. Now that "Good Old Tom" has established the A/S at 20,000,000,000 (Yes folks 20 Billion) any thoughts by this board on what the current RFMK O/S may be?

2. In addition to question #1, the RFMK T/A has been gagged for over a year; hmmmmmm any thoughts as to why or when this gag order by "Tommie Boy" maybe lifted?

3. And of course the Big Chill has been in-force by the DTC since 2013, I thought Allinder was addressing this minor (hack-hack) issue? What happened?

4. And then we have the RFMK business plan and model - again what is that RFMK plan? Or better yet whay is the definition of a Stock Selling SCAM?

5. And finally, what is the business case again to open a position in RFMK? My understaning is that Dilution of stock is never a win-win proposition for any stock holder. Am i missing something here?

Must have been the monthly payment day yesterday for the Toxic funding deal that Allinder has is in place for RFMK given the volume and PPs action. ain't no way RFMk is getting the funds from any product sales due to the fact that RFMk has no product.

IMO, just a financing flow from "Good Old Tom" created by the Billions of RFMK share DILUTION to support the means of payment to a very toxic funding deal that Tommy boy put in place awhile back.

IMO the only action going on with RFMk is that for every 1- Tic forward; RFMK then takes 2-Tics backwards.

So based on the current RFMK trend all supported by "Good Old Toms" flawed DILUTED business approach and now that .0004/.0005 are on the RFMK board; the next 2-Tic backstep by RFMk should be .0003.
