The link to the briefing is legit. It appears it's an accounting issue pertaining to warrants. Probably nothing more than the commission trying to slow the SPAC boom down. Who knows what they are going to putting into these issuers just to get a deal done.

The Fed is the only institution that can end bubbles, but they are so scared that a 50bp hike will crater the global economy they won't do it. Once the market got the green light from Powell this morning, the markets hockey sticked higher and it was game on(pun intended).

Agreed. Very similar to when they merged MHR into Petro Resources. Within 18 months shares were trading on the NYSE at $6-$8 per share.

Positive move by mgmt. Was long when this made the run to 60 and got suspended. Feinsod is to be commended for saving the deal, restoring credibility, bringing in Bookvar etc.. through it all, cal structure here still gives longs a legitimate shot. Put it on your radar screen.

They made a great presentation at LD a couple weeks ago. Cleaned up the balance sheet, which was needed. 2020 eliminated a lot of the weaker players, which was also needed. Marco is a stock guy and knows the equity market.... Put on your radar screen.

Did they sell the building? It sounded like they wanted to sell the building, do a leaseback and use proceeds from the sale to eliminate/reduce debt. That would enable them to raise fresh capital. It appeared they had some stuff in Iowa that needed to be cleaned up before they can get a clean restart.

What recourse, if any, does an issuer have against these toxic financiers who are operating as an unregistered broker dealer? I believe almost all of them are not registered with the SEC. I know the SEC is now bring enforcement actions but has an issuer every been successful suing a toxic financier based on not being a registered broker/dealer?
