Now that we have the bad news that the Supreme Court denied the lawsuit by Texas seeking to nullify election results from 4 states, please share your current thoughts about silver and the S&P 500. Thank you - your input is always appreciated.
Do you know the outcome of Mr. Jeffrey G. Klein's indictment? Thank you.
Best of luck to you, Dread! Thanks for all your efforts here.
What is the date of the Torvec annual meeting? Thanks.
Any information on APEX 1 and/or OZ Saferooms Technologies? Is there a connection to TTDZ?
Thanks!
Clay:
Chart request for SQIFF, please.
Thanks.
Giff:
Thank you.

Thanks for your input, DT. My real concern is if SIVR owns physical silver, as opposed to certificates or something other than physical silver. How does it "track" the price of silver? Who audits the silver? I don't trust certificates. Additional input is appreciated.
Is SIVR backed 100% by physical silver? Where is it stored? Who audits SIVR?
Thanks.
You must be happy with the results on the final 23 holes at Rattlesnake. Up 7% on big volume.
Please and thanks, TI. After hours news is out on EVOGF.
TI:
Request for a video chart of EVOGF. It was up 15% today on very high volume.
Thanks,
Lansing
You may want to start with EVOGF. +15% today on very strong volume (7x ten day average).
Welcome back - hope you enjoyed yourself.
Epic & Soap:
In addition to Soapy's TA, look into anticipated assay results from EVOGF's Rattlesnake property in Wyoming - should be coming very soon.

Soap:
Take a look at EVOGF - Evolving Gold. Junior gold stock with news pending. Up 18% today on very high volume. I've been waiting on this for awhile.
Your opinions are always appreciated.

basserdan:
+10% on huge volume.
Thanks for the update.

Ask is at $1.19 pre-market. Closed at $1.04 yesterday. Peter Grandich is expecting news this week.
I'd like to learn.
Thanks.
Chinese markets are taking a beating this evening. Is reality finally setting in?
I thought this was a 200% inverse - you wrote "3x." GLTY.
I noticed on your profile you wrote "someday WNBD" for your favorite stocks. I re-entered this week (sold around .02) and am not completely up to speed with recent events. I noticed (after I bought shares) the Lowe's logo is no longer on the website. I also noticed you lately have significantly fewer posts on the WNBD board. Is my re-entry premature? Thanks.
TI:
Request for TA charts of S&P 500, XAU and the 30 year US T-bond.
Thanks,
Lansing
I agree - this is a bear market rally, IMO.
FDIC second quarter report is due this Tuesday August 25. They have to be hurting! 81 banks closed so far this year. Hundreds more to come, IMO. FDIC doesn't have nearly enough money to deal with the insolvency of the US banking system, IMO.
FAZ could benefit from Tuesday's FDIC report.
Please look at OLBG when you get a chance.
Soap:
Thanks for taking the time to give me such a well thought out, thorough answer. A lot to think about!
Lansing
Soap:
Do you follow OLBG?
Are you concerned about the current, record high, unsustainable P/E ratio of the S&P 500? Do you believe we are in a new bull market or that we are experiencing a suckers' rally? I want to remain objective, but can't help having a bear market rally opinion. Either E has to improve dramatically, P has to fall, or some combination. Considering rising umemployment, tight credit and increased personal savings rates, what will fuel earnings? The government's printing presses will only steal purchasing power from our savings - it's not real economic growth. Am I missing something? What will keep the market from falling to much lower levels?
Thanks.
Clay:
Please comment on OLBG.
The recent plunge in earnings coupled with the recent stock market rally has resulted in a spike of the P/E ratio on the S&P 500. It's at a record high and a level that is unsustainable. I believe many people confuse the reduction in business costs due to employee layoffs with what they assume/hope is rising corporate revenue (earnings suck). It seems to me E has to rise, P has to fall or some combination. With rising unemployment and tight credit, E will have a tough time rising. Am I missing something? Do you share these concerns? It seems to me there is a serious risk we are in a long-term bear market and will experience much lower levels on the S&P 500, DOW, Nasdaq, etc. Do you believe this multi-month rally could be a suckers' rally bull trap that will likely result in another cliff dive?
Thanks.
I'm new to OLBG (today). I understand we are expecting news. Is this true? Why are you so optimistic about early next week? Thanks and good luck.
MACD also suggests this is very over-sold and volume is picking up a bit today.
Above the 200 but below the 50. Several PRs out since we last heard from you. Assay results due this week from Arizona. Boring chart but good news could have both MAs chasing the share price higher.
I picked up more 6s and 7s.
Very encouraging PR! I added to my position this morning at 08. Hopefully we close above the MA(50). Either way, I'm looking forward to the results next week. Great potential, IMO.
Good luck FJ.
If URHN re-captures the 50MA on reasonable - high volume, will you consider buying back your shares? I'm assuming you stopped-out when it lost the 50MA.
Thanks.
Should I add to my URHN position?
Thanks
Thank you, TI. You're book-marked.
Does this mean you're planning to buy FAZ in the near future?
Due to yesterday's PR? Other reason(s)? Please explain. I'm a new long, as of Thursday, and hoping to better educate myself. I was long earlier (at a much lower share price) this year and was stopped-out for a loss.
Thanks and good luck.
Clay:
The 50 MA crossed above the 200 MA on URHN today. Looks bullish to me.
Lansing
Soap:
The 50 day moving average just crossed above the 200 day moving average on URHN. Looks very bullish to me!
Lansing
Hey Soap:
Please give me your opinion of URHN.
Thanks.
Clay:
Are you following WNBD? It was up over 100% on Friday on huge volume. Please comment on the chart.
Thanks.
I'm from Rochester, too. Are you referring to the Ace in Albion? At which Hackets do you buy Kind? Thanks.
