Some of us know exactly who Thermo is .. do enough research and you'll likely be able to find his public profile on X with a very white adult photo of himself. His credentials do speak for themself.
Anyone doubting him hasn't done a lick of their own research and is just garbage talking nonsense...
LMAO 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 thanks for making my day! I love the comedy - keep it coming! Deeply in need of good laughs! 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂 😹
Nope, but a reverse merger / reverse takeover / acquisition would ... for example, of an exchnage listed SPAC
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_takeover
Hi Thermo - first off, I really appreciate your presence and engagement here.
A quick question: would a Reverse Merger into a SPAC be an option in your mind for NW? ... forcing a share count, and almost immeidate major exchange listing and ticker change.
Any thoughts on such a move?
Fireman has been preaching that recently too ... I tend to agree ... ??
So, is NWBO on your restricted list?
That assumes that LP et. al. are greedy enough to want pure exclusivity going forward. Maybe, just maybe, they actually care about the humans and families that this treatment affects ... and maybe there could be a strategic reason as to why they'd be open to multiple partners. And multiples could still be more profitable that one company's premium ... it all depends ... I think his argumentation was spot on, including point 4.
I'd be curious to see a survey results summary of Doctors' and Scientists' key takeaways from the 3 days of NYAS, and how many of them would place DCVax in the top positive impressions ... I have a feeling that is the actual case, and would be great to see a consolidated neutral (non-investor focussed) summary of those experts' impressions.
And here we are again giving out playbook pages to shorts of where the opportunities are... Now I see clearly why this company is a market massacre.
I hope with all my heart they get this product to market, but I'm not longer convinced about the success of the company behind it or the investors trading on hopes and dreams while spilling the beans left and right so that management cannot manage.
I dont envy management's situation. Investors are not making it easier for them in any way.
the problem is, the short sellers are HERE - Reading every word you type and say ... you give away any potential game plans to the public domain ... NWBO can never be a step ahead this way.
interested.
(Opinions?) I'm starting to think that the existence of this board, and its in-depth investigative analysis on a 24 / 7 / 365 basis, has had a tremendous influence on the company's decision NOT to be more communicative with its shareholders and the public. Thoughts on this??
People here are a bit too good at finding stuff and publishing it in an uncoordinated, non-strategic fashion, which completely undermines any attempts by the company at maintaining and controlling an intentional and directed strategic PR approach (for example, continually informing shorts and the broader market of material information prior to a company PR, negating their impact, and pricing things in prematurely).
Short side takes advantage of this by provoking longs to continue the rebuttals and in-depth research, continually challenging and undermining the company's ability to manage such information on its own.
Perhaps its also a chicken-egg topic, in that, because the company didn't do it (or didn't do it well) originally, the public took it into its own hands(?). Either way, I believe this to be a fair analysis of the situation. Critiques on this?
Turn that into a Haiku and let's Meme it to the $MRK board ...

Isn't it 1 year for material good news and a few (4) days for material bad news?
thanks!
Anyone remember the name of the UK-based PR firm now handing NWbio's press releases?
It's a pity to have witnessed the demise of an otherwise valuable human being. Such a waste of life and time.
I hope you can get the help you need.

Thought you left ... ?
All the money in world cannot save our lives. (#stevejobs rip)
It's the life in the years that matter, not the years in the life.
We are all here but for a short time. Cherish and CELEBRATE the life your mother lived! Honor her wishes and desires for you yourself to live out a happy and fulfilling life, knowing that her love is ALWAYS with you!
Pass that love onwards to everyone you encounter .... and make the known the source of that love, that your mother may live forever in the hearts of all you touch.
May your healing be deep and the intact profound. You are loved. Now go forth and spread that beautiful gift with which your mother left you!
As I understand, Bigger has been under time-restricted NDA with NWBio a number of times already.
I don't 100% agree with your post ... it still makes the "assumption" that they are unblinded. If they are (or can legally claim to be / have been) still blinded, then all that logic goes out the window.
I've seen a lot of people lose money by trading on hopes and dreams and intrinsic hopes and halo effect thinking - miss-attributing data to their bullish sentiment and "hearing / reading / seeing what they want to hear / read / see"
Again, the company hasn't confirmed anything relating to the "fact" that the SAP has been approved by all 4 RA's - only via investor-side logical deduction (imho).
And dont get me wrong, I want this to succeed huge - but at the same time want to avoid giving ammo to the bearish arguments by creating a false sense of security in the eyes of longs who can't separate "Fact" from "Logical deduction".
Okay, thanks. Well, either way, I've written to Dave to ask him directly. Doubt I'll get a response, but in the off chance that I do, I'll keep the board updated.
"Dear Dave
Happy Holidays!
If I may ask a short question: Is it correct that the 4 Regulatory Authorities (RAs) associated with the DCVax-L clinical trial, have all approved its Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP)?"
If this is a definitive "yes", then I 100% concur that the shorts have lost and the clock has likely long since expired to release data of a failed trial. However, until company confirmation of such, I still remain open to the possibility that this statement is still wishful thinking and logical deduction by us long investors (e.g. halo affect thinking and supporting our beliefs with whatever info we can find). I still don't read "fact" into any of the information supporting my original question. I do see good info and logical reasoning, but no hard facts to support that.
Thank you for the link! I appreciate the time you took to find that for me! =)
Reads well. I'll reread it 2 or 3 times to make sure I understand it well and can regurgitate it for others.
Cheers all!
I'd still like some factual information that this is true / factual.
This is still just logical speculation. (e.g. that, since "The SAP is the same in all 4 countries, with all 4 regulatory authorities (RAs)", that ... "The UK’s clinical trial accurately reflect the updated SAP and constitute as buy-in from all 4 RA’s").
I'd love to hear / read confirmation of that from Dave Innes or someone at NWBO directly. Otherwise, this "fact" remains a non-fact for me (despite being long and very hopeful - I'm still very realistic and cautious that people dont just through around false "facts").
To me, this is someone doing some logical reasoning / math, and coming to the conclusion that "abc = xyz." This is not a 100% given. e.g not a "fact" ... see where I'm coming from here?
Just to play Devil's Advocate for a moment, "what if" they are not unblinded yet?
If not unblinded, then the 4-day clock hasn't started ticking yet. The only reason I bring this to light is that, I believe it was ASM 2018, LP directly stated that they would NOT unblind until all 4 RA's have approved the SAP. To my understanding (correct me if I'm wrong here, the US RA hasn't yet updated the clinical trials site publicly aknowledging that they've accepted the SAP (do I say that correctly?)
That being said, I do hope they "are" unblinded by now and the click is long since timed out to keep your position true, however, there is no guarentee for any of us that the clock has even begun to tick (only hypotheses and hopes supported by "evidence" that supports our beliefs and desires for it to be the case.) Happy to hear arguments to the contrary, in case I've missed something here ...
Supporting Info & Link:
"NWBio said that they would not unblind the data & let the statisticians start the process of reviewing & analyzing the data until they got buy-in on the SAP from all 4 RAs; in which here is a direct quote from the 2018 Annual Shareholders Meeting which took place on 2/2/20219 at 1:30 EST:
Question #10: Is there ongoing dialog with the FDA regarding formation of the SAP and will you wait to unblind until after the SAP is approved?
Answer (LP): “Definitely ‘yes’ we won’t unblind until the Statistical Analysis Plan has been approved by all regulators. FDA and other, four regulators. We intend publicly as a company policy, which is pretty standard for companies, we don’t talk about our communications that are ongoing with FDA or other regulators. We only say results, so I can’t comment on interim communication type things, but in case there is any [lack of] clarity about remarks earlier about the SAP, it is an actual submission to the regulators. Like when you apply for an IND, that’s Initial New Drug, application to get a clinical trial approved or when you apply to get a new product approved. You make an actual submission to get your SAP reviewed and approved.”
Here is also a direct quote on this subject from their June 2019 press release:
As soon as the SAP is finished (including review by advisers), it will be submitted to the regulatory agencies for each of the 4 countries where the trial was conducted, for their comment and buy-in. As soon as the SAP process is completed with the 4 regulatory agencies, and the simultaneous data checking is finished, the trial will be unblinded and the data analysis stage will take place and result in top line data. You're pretty much the only poster I give any credibility to here. Honest, well balanced posts all the time. Not based on hype and wishing thinking, but sound logic and facts. Love your work! Keep it coming! I pick it up!
They could be selling / exercising millions of warrants ... or a short attack by Sykes and ClayTrader's minions ... stop losses got triggered, which could account for lots of shares ... there are numerous reasons, none of which have anything at all to do with the trial ...
$MTD ... valued @ $1,500 / share ... Fortune 500, communicates only the necessities in alignment with quarterly filings. You're lucky to get 4 Q&A's a year .. usually 2-3 max ....
You just ruined any credibility your words may have ever had as a trader by stating that NWBO used to be worth over $200/share.
You can't just scroll back through a stock chart and take historical prices at face value.
You need to learn how to adjust Share Price over time with Share Count Dilution.
The stock was never worth $200+ a share at any point in time.
My guess is they won't update the current website at all, but that they will replace it with a fresh new one that is likely already in the making.
.. or maybe their plans don't require an updated website, or a website at all ...

Super glad to read you're still here!!!
Lovely logic! Would really hope this to be true. I forgot about the post tld share agreement... that alone seems to speak towards positive data ...
So thermo is out?
Thermo: Are you still in NWbio? Haven't heard from you here for a while ...
Are you serious? Yesterday traded a measly 1.5m shares (two-tenths of a percent of the OS) .... and you're calling that a "Selloff"? ... Really??
Is that a Bloomberg terminal, or which platform is that you're using? If you dont mind my asking ...
