Oh yeah & THE BEST shell structure in OTC!! $CLHI

I’m more optimistic than doubtful as shell has been trading for years without issues even during past debacle, ALL approved by DE SOS.. that sets precedent in my head along with majority shareholder vote in Synergy to re-vive shell & old legacy shell support … PLUS the two unknown major investors “Brians” suddenly in the loop.

More positives than negatives in my opinion to make it viable again.

Let’s see… been a ton of games with this shell along the way. At this point, not putting it past them to pull some big ones on smaller investors.… especially considering the delays and no word.

Hopefully, I am wrong.

Have a feeling will try to shake investors out and/or test patience with games before take off… but who knows???! $CLHI

Perhaps some other reasons behind the scenes we don’t know about in why they are delaying…

For some reason/s to me it seems like they are trying to delay or extend process…

We are set for hearing on April 2, 2024 on a Motion for Extension of Time to serve Fla. Secretary of State.

The summons was issued – we just need, as per the court procedures, to obtain an extension to attempt service past the 120 days that we are allowed to effectuate service of process on the defendant.

Crickets … still patiently waiting for those 2024 fireworks. $CLHI

Agreed. Never expected this outcome. I had small position but can at least average down and reduce $ value substantially.

I’ve called DE office in the past for info (usually extra long wait time) … and not sure if you can locate latest here in CLST Holdings for a charge

I’m sure some are hoping to build positions for less IF process takes longer & some lose patience and sell

Who knows? Maybe we will be surprised with speedy outcome OR perhaps could be manipulation to drag out in hopes a big investor or two can score a boatload of cheap shares? Pure speculation on my part. It’s def been a historical rollercoaster with this one.

Ben/Synergy & DE lawyer should have had all supporting case material prepared a while back, not like situation just sprung up…

Simply comes down to submitting paperwork, court process/timing IMO.

Should def be prepared for courts - only thing to take it further was majority shareholder vote & synergy got nearly 100%.

My take is there should be decision much sooner vs later.

Don’t think it’s rocket science in courts determining outcome.

My opinion is GREEN LIGHTS AHEAD.

Don’t think many opportunities like this one out there right now. Could be life changing for some, if this comes together as I anticipate.

Plus if there wasn’t a high percentage hope at resolving, Ben would have dropped all the time & money on this shell years ago.

Synergy became custodian in early 2020 prior to data source takeover.

Data Source was scam, pump & dump company. Ultimately, issue was the data source, not the shell…

Hence, DE would have prevented takeover & outcome from shareholder vote, it would have been void or not permitted IF shell wasn’t salvageable.

If data source was legit it would be skyrocketing in new ticker BUT it did 1:100 RS and down 100s of percentages - worst investment to those who moved investment from $CLHI to that ticker.

Shell has been trading for decades on OTC just fine.

If DE SOS had major issues with shell it should have prevented last takeover by data source (& DE NEVER DID) - DE courts had to handle few sessions related to shell — BUT NO issues presented by DE courts/judges! Majority shareholder voting was even reviewed by courts/jusges in takeover.

This sets a HUGE precedence in keeping this shell in good/active status

Hence, GREEN LIGHTS AHEAD IMO.

Great time to be taking positions... $CLHI continues to be GIFTS at these levels.

If company is lined up, likely want shell sooner than later. Maybe will be pleasantly surprised.

In meantime, going to build position ahead of next round of fireworks. $CLHI
