FWIW, the MACD has positive Divergence for good indication of a bottom is in and MACD averages show to be crossing hopefully next week, CCI has major positive divergence for bottom is in place, RSI has Triple bottom and beginning to turn up, share prices pulling away from lower Bollinger Band and Lower Band is starting to turn up.

Sounds like they are trying to get it completed by this Friday.
