Possible scenarios for resurrection:
> Best Case - Integrating Saean with EMPM and honoring shares held at 1:1 value.
> Worst Case - No foreseeable integration.
> Wild Card...Dilution of EMPM shares rolled into Saean.

No telling what will happen...but with an office reemerging in Vegas...maybe we can get a little influence from Lady Luck!

Having watched and read up on everything that has been going on over the past few years quietly, I saw some disparity in the relationship that was destined to unfold. It really was a tough position to be in during the strife. There were different expectations from different cultures at the senior leadership level, and I don't think it was a good match due to the need for sustainability of the C-Suite position without funding, or simultaneous business venture on the side to support needs while riding out the wait.
But for those of us who have invested with the assumption that this would be long term, it is just like any other speculation, and we have to be prepared to have that investment sidelined for an undetermined amount of time, with hopes to be around when the phoenix eventually rises from the ashes... As they say...best of luck to us all.

Thanks for continuing the conversation stream on this one BH...have been invested in this one for a long time at various price points...and followed the board closely, although most quietly. Would love to see my 50,000 shares arise from the dead...

I'll add my "Thank You" to you folks and others who have been tossing out bread crumbs and big servings on the due diligence path. Been reading silently since investing in this one in 2019, and was really hopeful on many occasions. Not sure how this will pan out, but have over 5% off one of my portfolios tied up in this one. Just wen I was getting up to speed on the pinks, now may have to go learn something new, unless there is a rabbit in the hat...

So Lessons Learned here...
I've read that when you hear about a reverse merger you should always be on the sell to take advantage of the higher PPS buyout on the front end. Same thing with the RS. There was a big hype drive to raise the PPS when the RS was imminent and a sudden drop-off right before the axe. If I had sold it all at the steep drop-off and done nothing else, it was a money maker. Hindsight best move was complete liquidation in the teens and then watch for new lows on this side of the RS. What I did instead was dump some before trips to cover the losses...but then got antsy and made the mistake of "buying back" in the trips. Of course "buy low/sell high" is a great strategy on its own, but the 60%+ drop after the RS totally wiped out the minimal sell/buy gain and the resulting buffer reserved to cover the initial investment.
So yeah...should have sold with the signs. I'd say this has to be a long-term hold to appreciate any real gains...and maybe one day there will be progress. But remember, even after the RS with a higher PPS, it is still OTC...and that's an important difference for strategy.

Good points both... I'm almost always a buy and hold guy. I first started monitoring the board when I got involved in SWET...which turned out to be infeasible....but had I not taken a few gains here and there then I would have lost all of it. So I'm mostly a watch and learn guy...more from comments and DD of others than citing my own opinion. I'm still a fan of the product and will certainly hold most and hope. I just see more growth opportunity without the RS...unless the goal is to reach for NADAQ...

DOUBLE DOWN? Yeah... I've been doubling down on this stock during the major dips ever since the Darkstar transition. The question is, "would I buy this product"? So of course to determine potential value, I did. I'm pleased. Now the question is, what is the "real stock price. lets say it pops up to .0015 tomorrow. For every million shares I have, that's $1500. I'm ok holding a few million since I've averaged down so low. But what about the RS? A 7000-1 RS means each of my $1500 portions gives me 143 shares for $10.50/share. So would I go out tomorrow and dump $1500 at $10.50 per share to hold 143 shares??? So at that price, the price just a bit is so insignificant to what we're seeing now in high volume of mills.
...I may have just convinced myself to sell a few million. Hmmmmmm.

Sounds like you have an idea for a new business - OTC DD Blogger. Of course you'd have to develop a track record of verifiable reviews of scams vs legit business for a few years for credibility purposes. It does not matter if they turn out to be winners or losers...just proof that the "boots on the ground" DD was done. Great gig for someone who likes to travel...

Maybe we'll get some momentum if the Safe Banking Bill doesn't get tied up in the Senate with all the crap distractions...

Can't blame a guy for averaging down - especially on this one. Done that a few times myself (just not nearly as low). Surprised as heck to see half a million shares let go that low so quickly... Nice grab!

Saw that writing on the wall and dumped my last million shares in July...
4 years after I first got tied up with it. My first trade was 10K @ .0298 and bought in at 1 mil a few times then dumped gradually on the latest rise and fall before it shut down. Again...thanks to all of you for the entertainment and education. These days I'm riding it out with SAML, which appears to have a legitimate product with revenue...

Was in this mess for 4 years doubling down at each major decline and slipping out in phases until final exit at 7 mils... total loss of only 84 bucks from trade costs...but learned a lot from the experience and all of you as I sat quietly on the sidelines reading the posts...and patiently waiting on those little spikes to dump every so often.
