HD I have no argument with you everyone have a right to voice their opinions! I know lots about Xalles holdings but I choose not to comment about it. I want the company to turnaround and increase Sp! I know a lot was promised by the CEO of the company to benefit shareholders that didn’t come to fruition and waiting for the change but it start from Thomas Nash!

Why continue to be negative about the company! We can’t correct the passed let’s focus on the present and future and hope that Thomas Nash as the CEO of the company bring Xalles Holdings to become a prosperous company and value shareholders Xalles Holdings to be a standout company and one day become a big player In AI and much more and all of the entities become active operating soon and shareholders get Rewarded! That’s what I want from the company!

My opinion, you don’t have to be negative about the company,while your money is still invested in the company is nothing you can do at the moment. Just chill layback until you get your investment back then talk about your experiences having XALLES HOLDINGS in your portfolio.

Nash have made a lot of promises to shareholders in the pass 6 years, we all have invested in Xalles holdings because we believe in Nash vision for the company. The company did a turnaround late 2022 when it come to revenue and profits. We us long shareholders our money sit dead for many years frustration and disappointment set in we all feel it because it is our hard earned money right now share price is in the toilet.Nash could have done worst to shareholders if he wanted to announce a Reverse split but he didn’t do that, we should be a little positive and give Nash the remainder of the year to deliver.come January 2024 if we see same old Nash shareholders should do what they have to do what benefits them.

I live about 40 minutes from Washington DC where Xalles office should be, I want to take a drive there and check it out and see what is there!

Hd not everyone can afford 5 million shares,for 5 years now long shareholders have not make any money on xalles AIAD used to be CLWD went to .18 with a higher float than xalles so why we can’t have a run like that from xall? We need to make some money first from xall b4 considering a reverse split xalles tried to do a offering for .50 b4 then withdraw the offering Nash need to work on bringing the share price up

This is moving in the wrong direction 3 Acquisitions will close next week and share price will still be at this level been here since September of 2018 I’m not convince by Nash as yet

My opinion after Q1 financial report then we will see a lot of news the anticipation right now everyone just want to see what xalles will generate in Q1 then follow,quality acquisition news that will create demand for the shares then I think the real action will start after financial report my believe the shares price is moving up bcuz of PCM is working my thought on it so I’m being patience bcuz I am a long for 5yrs already I was here when I saw defunct above xall ticker symbol for a short period and said to myself oh well now xalles is generating money you think I will sell?

You guys misunderstand HD he only mentioned a R/S can happen but don’t hold him to it ,but I’m saying as a investor xall will have a reverse split at some point it can be 5,10 or 15 yrs from now and it will only increase the value of the company a lot of established companies perform R/S like Johnson & Johnson and so on Nash don’t like to dilute because his ownership of the company keep decreasing in 2018 Nash decrease outstanding shares by 69 percent so that tells me the CEO want to keep the float low as possible

Yea I know R/S will be in play at some point hope it’s not no crazy number that’s why I want 15M shares so after a R/S I end up with 2M shares I’m fine with that I don’t believe Nash will wipe out shareholders with a R/S this is the Risk I take and I am all in

HD I like how you stay positive about Xalles Holdings I believe in the company and I have built a strong position since 2018 my plan is to hold my shares forget about it I want to sell 1M shares @ .15 if it get that price and leave the proceeds in my account wait for a yr or so until it get to 52 weeks low and buyback so I can have more shares I want 15M all together hold is not a problem for me because I don’t need the money what I have invested I will hold xall shares 10 to 20yrs from now xalles will grow my trading account its for my grandchildren I’m trying to break my generation cycle of being poor and I am 100 percent believe Xalles Holdings will do it for me

I didn’t sell in 2021 with small run with xall because I thought xall would not get back to the level I bought it so I let ride and I was wrong xall got lower from where I bought it in 2018

Xalles never move on news

I think in 2020 nash was repurchasing all settle share and it could not get to .10 in January of 2021 this stock don’t move I used to promote this stock at my job I made my coworkers brought shares they all sold and moved on and I look like a fool
