PFMS technical chart:

Wait till the OTCM filings come out. This has way more room to run. The fun is only beginning. Like I said before, the technicals and news on this is strong. There will be some impatient people who sell early but then they will probably buy once its back to like .01 lol. For those who have been holding long congrats now lets bank on this!

PFMS
Its been consolidating very nicely at support. We can see its been holding many chart patterns on multiple time frame. Most importantly its respecting the 50 ema on the daily which I've noticed in the otc world is a powerful thing. Based on Lazar's timeframe for his plays, PFMS should be coming out with filings any minute now. His previous plays all ran after filings drop so its a gift adding at these levels. This has a very small float meaning when filings drop, this flies. When we received news about the A/S reduction it had a small pop. Now imagine when filings drop how big itll gap up or move. Easy play to accumulate esp when you have seen plays like Trunks Raging Dads Xcellence which had a bigger float yet still ran over 100.

Sellers are dried up and we only have two lazar plays we're waiting on including PFMS. Its obvious nobody wants to let go and aiming for +.0080. I like cats

The fact its still holding the channel well and little selling going on means people are anticipating filings. If you're holding all you need to do is sit back have orange juice and watch the show otherwise if you're not in I would highly recommend adding at these levels since it seems like it wont go lower. Filings can happen any second and if it does and you're not in then I dont know what to tell you because its a play we have been telling you guys for a while

Strong in technicals and news!

Technical:
Made a higher low today with a nice bounce on the 20 ema.It just refuses to close below the 20 ema which ive noticed in the otc world for some reason is a good indicator. We can see its been holding my ascending trendline and the rectangle pennant. Looks like support is currently at .16. Chart wise it has my approval in terms of being bullish.



News:
Mr Douglas himself has stated UNRG has been lined up with another company for a merger and they are hoping to release the news next week. Looks like we are about to see some fireworks with this one. Hoping to see a dollar on this.



Overall this is looking to be a good play imo. I'm holding some shares from .27 today. Shorts on this are about to get burned. Lets get that money

PFMS is still holding the support area for both my chart pattern despite today having more sellers. Regardless this doesnt take away from the fact that filings are coming out soon for this. Its also important to note today was Tuesday which is when otc tends to bleed out. Seems like we'll be seeing filings this week based on the timeline but no guarantees. With that being said this is still bullish!

Strong in technicals and news
Reason why I like PFMS:

1. Bullish Engulfing 
2. Higher lows third time in a row(we can see a nice ascending trendline holding that nicely
3. Holding the rectangle pennant strongOs is 690m which is way smaller than Turkeys Ramble Daddy Xavier. Another lazar ‘friend’ that ran 150% on filings.
4. Holding the 50 ema very nicely. Shows that .0034/.0035 is a strong support
5 .Holding nicely on the daily and hourlyClosed for the first time 8 ema
6. Has a catalyst
We are just waiting on filings which could happen any moment. Looks like people are loading up more in anticipation of it. Level II showed today that there were buyers getting ready by stacking the bids and when that they didnt work out they started raising the price. If you notice around 3:58 pm EST, the bids started to become .0041. Due to the strong move today(8m vol was traded today), I wouldn’t be surprised if we blinked and news came out. Don’t close your eyes on this one because the magic show is just starting.

PFMS:
Closed above the 50 ema with a strong bullish hammer. We can see it made lower high indicating that its moving in a positive direction. On the chart we can see its holding the rectangle pennant and ascending trend line very nicely. Lately there have been some piercing below the 50 ema though never closing below it. However, if you look at each of the wicks in order of when they dip below the 50 ema you can see that the wicks get smaller than the previous. From that we can come to the conclusion that buyers are becoming more aware of places to add and notice how they refuse to let it go any lower than before. Its how I was able to draw my blue trendline. As you would say, the piercing of the 50 ema is getting weaker with each attempt. If we look at the hourly chart we can see that PFMS is holding beautifully with a Symmetric triangle. Looking at the weekly, its still holding the 50 ema although I can’t draw a pretty chart pattern for that one on TOS. its also worth noting Weekly isn't as useful on otc than BB stocks just because no one really looks at weekly from what I've seen. I'm not saying you can't use weekly but its not one I would use as a major indicator of where the stock is heading for the otc world. As for news, we are just waiting on filings and with the recent update on OS it shouldn’t be much longer. Lazar’s shells tend to run when filings drop. There will be flippers and you might be able to get away with it but the moment filings drop and this gaps up, you are going to regret it instantly if you’re not in and trust me I know that feeling because it happened to me in the past twice when I tried flipping. I’d rather hold and wait before flying to the moon as they say. The reason I have confidence in this play is because the OS is smaller than some of Lazar’s other play and the ones that ran, went as high as 150% like Turtles Recommended Drizzly Xylan which had a OS around 2.5 times the size and a less following than PFMS. Overall news makes more of an impact in the otc world so using relying on technicals alone isn’t enough imo. However in this case, both the technicals and news are strong which makes me believe this will run sometime soon. Hope to see you all at the top :)

This was a former runner in the past that hit around .66 in June. This has a small float of around 6m so its no joke when I say this could run hard. There is news of a Form 10 coming. Ideal entry for this one would be anywhere around .07-.10.

OS updated on the site AH! We are now closer to filings which should drop any day. Closed with hammer/doji variant on the 50 ema making it bullish. Buyers once again stepped up surpassing the two previous days which shows a demand for this ticker. I am still expecting +.01 due to its low OS and based on prior history of Lazar's other custodian plays. Even though the ticker had some selling today, it showed that it wasn't a crazy amount and that buyers were happy to step which is evident by the long wick on the bottom of the candlestick. Once filing is done there is a good chance we might have merger news coming soon which if that happens then this will fly even higher based on prior history.

Closed beautifully above all my ema/sma with a nice bounce on the 8 ema thus making another higher low. This has a hearing in 2 weeks. Ideal entry is .0093 and lower though the best entry would be around .0084(support trendline) imo. We can see the MACD is curling upwards nicely. Beautiful ascending triangle right here

PFMS

Once again we have a nice close on the ascending trendline and rectangle with a nice bounce on the 50 ema. Even though it failed to close on/above the 8 and 20 ema which alot of people care about, I care more about the bounce on the 50 ema. If you look at the graph we can see not once has the stock closed below the 50 ema in the last few months or gone below it(except once due to a misprint of the OS) making it a very strong level of support which is already around the same area ish as my two chart patterns. As for volume we can see that there was an increase from yesterday which shows there are buyers who are eager for this ticker. As far as I can see in terms of the technicals, we are riding beautifully on a strong level of support area. I am still waiting on filings that can happen any day now. Once filings drops, this will run imo due to the number of people watching this, its OS, and the fact it has a more active liquidity compared to other plays. We can see from previous history that it bounced a few times on the .0070 area. Based off that, I feel once filings drop, buyers are going to smash through that and hit atleast .01 based on how other Lazar plays ran. We can see the MACD is starting to curve a bit in the upward directions. The skull icon was removed from the otcmarket site which shows that action is being taken with this. The TA for this ticker is currently working on this ticker and imo shouldn't be much longer until filings drop.

1. That dip I agree was no anomaly, however its because there are some people who were afraid due to the OS misprint and were probably expecting news to already happen on Monday. Because they didn't see the news on Sunday tonight a few weak hands sold. As traders we cannot let emotions ruin our game plan. For ever sell theres a buy and doesn't look like the new buyers want to sell anytime soon imo.
2. Majority of the days PFMS did not pierce below the support trendline if thats what you're referring to. However the times it did go below it always had a nice bounce on a ema line like the 50 or 100 ema.
3. It did not close below the the ascending trendline. It did go a bit below it but still closed above it. The reason I know this is because it closed at .0038 today and the ascending trendline was at .0036/.0037.
4. I think in the otc world not many people really use chart as much as technicals. However that doesn't mean the play won't work out because from what I've gathered otc heavily relies on news and not as much as technicals. We can still use technicals to help augment our play such as calculating the next buy dips etc. Maybe it might not look good on one timeframe but that doesn't mean we're going to just base it off that. Also in these types of situations, daily are the type of timeframe to go to because more people look at that than the 4H chart imo.
Filings are going to drop. Theres a good chance its going to be this week. However even if its not this week so what we can just wait longer. Most of Lazar's plays usually run hard after filing and there are alot of eyes on PFMS. I really do believe this can hit .01 based on previous history of other plays and the fact the OS is 690m. Once merger news is out this has a good chance of going higher. I do appreciate the ideas you presented though but I would double check again. Then you might understand what I'm trying to get at. Chart looks beautiful and has been riding all my ema/sma perfectly. Buying volume is clearly increasing. The court date is on 10/4 so I am expecting more people to buy soon.

Has been holding the ascending triangle and rectangle chart pattern nicely. Had another nice bounce on the 50 ema today as a hammer which shows buyers are still interested imo. At this point this won't really move anywhere unless we get filings. Based on previous history of Lazar's chart he usually does it within 4 weeks. This is the 4th week so literally this could run at any given moment. There is no official date set that Lazar has to drop filings for PFMS. If filings drop, we should see atleast .01 imo. If merger news comes out then I could see this possibly running to .03-.05 imo.
