There were some obvious cross trades. Also, some portfolios have strict requirements , that is why some can buy and others sell . It’s a market ! This should ease your fears !! It’s Sunday ... relax !

Amgen lost some of their market last year .. several billions to generic pharmaceuticals , for example , Mylan. Also, ADXS got their money from Amgen so actually Adxs employees were working for free . I think ADXS got lucky unloading them so now the research is ADXS research and I believe they will strike a better deal with another biotech . None of us know what to expect tomorrow but somebody does . Yes, I may have less brain cells than some on this board . BUT I MADE A DECENT RETURN investing in ADXS listening to the AMGN. Story , etc . The traded were “pain traded” reading this board but the best is yet to come !

James, he was with Covance . Is he still with ADXS.
Also, a University of Pennsylvsnia grad and I thought he might be the Doctor running the clinical research studies

The pharmacist are not treated as professionals. Walmart , Walgreens and CVS are just buildings with lack luster service. This company is fascinating and most investors I meet ( again I am from Philly) have never heard of advaxis .
So, this stock has lots of investment opportunity . The pharmaceutical industry and biotechs were dead in the water for two years. Adxs has a beautiful story and great location . At .50 where else can you find an opportunity like Adxs. Curing cancer and working with animals and himsns.
Anyone know what is going on with Eli Lilly and excessive puts being sold against the stock.. stuff like this is going on.. takeovers etc. This 15 million share move is serious stuff . This company R/S split ( which is ridiculous to fear) or not is the buy of the century and the little investor has been manipulated and purged from these shares . They don’t care to have individuals in this stock . These firms are accumulating for somebody . I had stocks from 24 to 2.00 and they kept the stocks under 5.00 for 2 years and then the take out at 24.00 over night.
I believe blueyedcatch is on the right side. Every time we buy they are shorting but they’ll be long before the buyout. The biggest slap in the face is they will be covered before the big move .

I assure you that the right side is finding a company that despite the total markets viotile movements , is investing for the long term you will be rewarded.
That is the right side . The sad commentary is that I find so few comments on this board by investors that know that curing cancer is necessary . We have all lost friends and families . When I see thus stock trading so low it just incites me to want to purchase more shares . I reread post 89171 and other intelligent post that make me know that innovation and risk is the only answer to this cure . I was fortunately directed to this company by an investor who purchased shares at a much higher price. Again, I suggested to purchase shares and I have been accumulating this stock on the basis of science . I believe this is a great investment that deserves a much higher evaluation. That institution is huge and they could be accumulating for a take over . I agree that ithe shares were crushed to allow someone to purchase the shares from very weak shareholders. They have the bushel basket .
I don’t know if it is Merck , BMY , or even AMGN ( holding 3 million plus shares) but yes , someone wealthier than us is very interested in making an acquistion.

Possibly us , but we know immune design IMNZ is the mentioned target for Merck’s dollars.
Well with every takeover there is room for us in another biotech fund or ETF.
For the record , I have always been long ADXS and have not and will not sell Adxs.
I continue to accumulate shares . Again, I am hoping for ADXS to have positive clinical results.

Thank you, I have had the Kramer’s bash my investments to see them be acquired for signifcant returns. Last year all biotechs were crushed . I followed ONCE because even with a huge approval it was also crushed .
I am a holder and accumulating Adxs . That’s what I do .
Adxs is so close who wouldn’t want to own this company .
Plus it is my city big Philly coming out with the science . Princeton is the meca of BP. Something will happen for the best and hopefully you will be rewarded for your patience .

So Adxs is our Cinderella and some BP will be courting her for the long term . Shorting any biotech is crazy with all of Wall Street looking for partners etc .
It’s obvious that management is more than aware that 2019 is the year of acquisitions and they know who the potential suitors are . Just be patient . You are in the correct industry and you have science . Everyone who is long should go for the gusto and double up . Spark THerapeutics ( ONCE) is an example of why I would not short any biotech company . I am inclined to be long on all biotech stocks while the pharmaceutical companies are on the prowl . Immunology companies will all rise once again. Even ADXS

Roche has their eye on Spark Technology , the retinol blindness cure . The treatment is 500,000.00 per dose .

I would like a generic house to take out Adxs and skip waiting to make copy cats of immunotherapy. If teva or Myl were to take out Adxs then I suppose Merck and Bmy would have to negotiate with those firm . Hey, privately held apotek could pull it off !

So I placed several bids to buy ADXS above the close price and no shares .
I guess whoever runs this stock is desperate .

IMO, a market maker is trying to accumulate inventory for the next run up. It’s obvious none of us are dumb enough to give up our shares after that recent .10 run. So, the buyer is holding back to sucker someone out of their shares . I will continue to accumulate Adxs . I don’t believe their will be a reverse split , the reverse split will accelerate Adxs price , institutions are know to purchase at certain price levels and then their is margin and options that will create more upside .

IMO, when you invest in any stock you make a decision, because of this science I am purchasing shares of ADXS ! You like the science you now own the stock. In 1981 I bought Marion labs, having 3 drugs they were testing from Japan . I figured carafate would make the stock really lucrative but instead it was cardizem .
You never know . At these prices , thanks to the shorts you have an excellent opportunity to have something happen. You won’t need hospice if immunology by Adxs kicks in. I thoroughly enjoy this board . Hopefully, you all own shares . The upside is infinity . Cancer is no game of chance . Everyone seriously wants this cure ASAP. Yes, Myl has spent money to make money . They even added a sales force . The doctors
now need to learn how to spell FULPHILA ( 4 billion dollar market)! THE first biosimilar (Neulasta). This biosimilar idea is still good for our government taxes , insurance companies and patients . Not substitutable but eventually the insurance companies will force the issue with the prior auth system that is inplace . Teva has Rituimab and I believe Mylan will have that 7 billion dollar market soon with them .
The future looks better for Mylan and the price is right !

You are, of course, correct. However, change is good and with a globsl presence and connection to a university I would like to see Mylan exceed our expectations . Either way Mylan is dirt cheap !
