From a patient care perspective I agree with you 100%

From a trial design perspective where the objective is hitting on primary endpoints, I’m not concerned at all. I think having a secondary endpoint looking at early readmission rates would help provide guidance on continuing therapy post discharge. Honestly, at this moment in time all I care about is getting approval and getting access to patients before the next variant spreads

Verb will continue to focus on its tech for application as a sales/marketing tool. Pay attention to what current customers are saying about the functionality of it and how it’s changing revenue generation for them.

The functionality of the VerbMail tech will change to meet the needs of customers. If that means that recipients are asked to download an app to view a message, they will. Especially if more and more people/businesses begin utilizing the tech. I can see the app being free for those just viewing messages, but an upgraded version with all the functionality for those creating content and tracking metrics. But, who knows…I think you have a valid criticism of the current version of VerbMail and I would encourage you to email management with that question. They are receptive..

Shares cannot be transferred, only sold. At least in the offering I participated in. What the TA can or cannot do with shares they are holding on my behalf is above my level of understanding. If a request was made to access/sell shares and the TA states they are unavailable, then that’s the case. Which is why I’m leaving mine sit there until I’m ready to sell

Because the shares cannot be directed transferred to the individual brokerage account. The only way to access them is to sell and transfer the cash somewhere. A certificate could be requested but the sale would still need to go through the brokerage firm and TA before it finalized.

Despite my average pps of 0.0001, I’m willing to participate as it honestly won’t raise my pps that significantly. The question is, what will the company do to support the pps after 6/3?? Otherwise it’s a slap in the face to all the investors trying to raise money for the company by participating in this thing. I hope they have some major announcement planned. They have no control over the judge’s decision on moving the case forward so I’m hopeful they have something planned to generate immediate pps appreciation

I suspect the rights offering will produce the funding HCMC is looking for, but I’d love to see this move north a bit before that point. My only hesitation in participating is a trading channel from now till then. Would I be better off just waiting?? I was lucky and bought in on a whim at 0.0001.

I think NP knows the potential for HIV, cancer, etc and the revenues from Covid simply allow for a cash flow without having to seek toxic financing for their big time target indications

Suspect this is correct. The FDA is playing favorites IMO. This drug is unquestionably safe and now clearly effective. The hoops put in front of NP must be maddening. I believe another country will sweep in with the existing available data. If FDA wants another 1-2 months to evaluate, so be it. The company will move forward regardless

This trading channel will break eventually. The past 30+ days is telling. $1.20-$1.65-ish. Depending on the pressure, this could break either way. If it closes above $1.80 this is going to run. I’m still hoping for one more opportunity to grab some sub $1.50s. There are a lot of new eyes on this wondering if it has the goods to push to commercialization? I honestly don’t know what to tell the investors I’m alerting. I think the tech is fantastic. But they are looking for viable companies, not cool ideas.
