Kevin said that he would bring the Greenshift filings up to date. Did he keep his word or did he de-register the stock?

Nobody can place any order on GERS stock. It's unregistered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Brokers whose customers own stocks that they can't sell under normal trading rules will "liquidate" those stocks as a service to those customers.

In exchange for getting rid of these untradeable stocks, the customers receive cash in their trading accounts, but they lose the ability to choose a selling price.

In September 16th, someone's broker liquidated 10,000 shares of GERS stock after it became untradeable. This also means that someone is probably not a shareholder any more.

No shares were traded that day. The reported teading volume was zero.

Yes, GERS shares really are worthless, so anyone that owned them on the day the stock was de-registered has a permanent loss, just as I said days ago.

If anyone had invested more than a speculator would've done, it would've caused the price to go up. The GERS price finished at 3.2¢. I paid more 4¢ and 5¢ when I bought my tens of thousands of shares a few years ago, and I had a profit when I sold.

Anyone who bought this in the last month of life for GERS stock has no hope of a profit because Greenshift has no hope of any operating profit.

The only benefit that Greenshift can offer to any other corporation is a tax write-off. If their tangible assets had more monetary value than their liabilities, someone would have bought the stock during the last weeks before SEC-registered brokerages cut off all such transactions.

GERS stock is now an unregistered security. There is no financial reason to offer anything of monetary value to the people who used to be owners of the stock. They can all be ignored without any legal consequences.

When I bought my GERS shares, I paid 4¢/share for some of them and 5¢/share for the rest of them. When I sold them, I got much higher prices, so the only thing I miss now is the sound of Kevin Kriesler lying to me.

If any shareholders didn't sell all your shares, as I did, it is now too late. GERS stock is now officially worthless.

Whoever is authorized to post messages under the Greenshift account made a lot of statements last October in message #50855, including statements about the amount of company debt and the number of outstanding shares. None of those statements have been corroborated.

As far as I'm concerned, the Greenshift CEO still has no respect for the few remaining GERS shareholders, and I'm still glad that I'm not one of them.

The new website doesn't have a public benefit page. It's not much, but it's something. It's still not enough to justify a purchase, even if an SEC-registered stockbroker allowed it.

I don't own any GERS stock any more. When I sold it, I made a profit on it, due to the fact that I bought those shares at much lower prices. Until I see some changes in the company and the website, I have no interest in buying GERS stock ever again.

I'll tell you one specific example. Before I buy any more stock, Kevin has to accept his Fiduciary Duty to the shareholders. This duty was explicitly abandoned by the silly Public Benefit page, which says, "We believe that such concepts [including fiduciaries] are antiquated and out of touch with the realities of our time."

There is still no statement on the Greenshift website about the lawsuit. There is still no informaton on the website about the company's current financial condition. We don't know whether it's profitable or how much debt it has, but because of the silly Public Benefit page that is on the website, we know that fiduciaries and profits are "outdated concepts". We also know, because we read the page, that GERS shareholders aren't even mentioned on this page! They've been replaced as beneficiaries of the company by unnamed "stakeholders".

There is still no apology from the Greenshift CEO for the lack of information when the lawsuit was active in the courts. We had to find out from Skunk and others that the District Court judge had made an unfavorable decision, that the company's lawyers had appealed, that a three-judge Appeals Panel had also made an unfavorable decision, and that the Supreme Court declined to hear the case.

We found out recently that Greenshift performed some company business that required the approval of a majority of the shareholders, but instead of accepting the Fiduciary responsibility by holding a meeting of the shareholders, Kevin used the Class G shares to give him the approval he needed.

This is the definition of a CEO that is running away from his Fiduciary Duty to his shareholders!

I regretted my decision years ago.

You've been seeking the company's extinction ever since you put the silly Public Benefit page on the company's website. If the company isn't trying to achieve a financial profit, how will you pay your salaries and expenses? Are you going to ask for donations?

If you abandon your Fiduciary Duty to the few remaining GERS shareholders, how can you expect any of them (and the public) to trust you when you offer to sell securities or other financial instruments? Do you think the trees, migrants, and vagrants that are your new beneficiaries will care if the company lives or dies?

I used to care whether Greenshift lived or died, but that was when I thought that the Greenshift CEO cared about me. That was before the company stoped sending 10-Ks and 10-Qs to the US. Securities and Exchange Commission. That was before the website became unusable twice in two years. That was before you failed to put a simple press release on the website about the end of the lawsuit.

I have three better questiions. What if you're one of the last five GERS shareholders? What there were clear signs that Kevin hated his own shareholders? What if I had been showing you the signs for years?

If Kevin had any interest in keeping faith with the GERS common shareholders, there would've been at least five visible signs.

1. He would've diluted the voting power of the Class G shares.

2. He would've given the GERS common shareholders a more detailed explanation of the reason for the lack of SEC filings.

3. He would've announced major events in the patent infringement suit, such as the decision in the Federal District Court and the beginning of the appeal.

4. He would've publishd a statement half a year ago about the decision by the Supreme Court to avoid the case.

5. He would not have put the silly Public Benefit page on the Greenshift website. This page abandons capitalism, profit, and the company's Fiduciary Duty to its' shareholders.

Q. What will happen during a totally dark period?

A. A bankruptcy filing.

If you have a new commitment to transparency, this "statement" must be the beginning of your communication with us. You must know that some of us have questions that are still unanswered, such as:

"How much current and long-term debt does Greenshift have?"

"How much income did Greenshift have last year and during the first six months of this year?"

"Is the company cash flow positive?"

"How much operating income did the company have last year and during the first six months of this year?"

"What product or servrice is the company's business model based on?"

"Do you accept your Fiduciary Duty to the GERS shareholders?"

He has had no legal or financial barrier to providing his shareholders or the public at large with a public statement about the end of the patent infringement suit, yet no statement has ever been issued.

Nobody, Kevin was lying to you. I would have asked him for an on-the-record comment about the suit.

Kevin hasn't wanted this company to be viable since the day he put the silly Public Benefit page on Greenshift's website. Let me summarize that page's most importat points.

1. Profits and Fiduciaries are outdated concepts. This disastrous attitude, all by itself, guarantees that the company will go bankrupt.

2. Our primary duty is to the environment, not our shareholders. That's why the word "shareholder" isn't in the Public Benefit page.

Because the SEC is going to prevent retail investors from buying GERS stock, and because some brokers are already implementing these policies now, the bottom is zero.

You're correct. There are no legal, financial, or regulatory reasons why he can't do the job that the few remaining stockholders are paying him to do.

You're also wrong. He doesn't want to do the job that the stockholders are paying him to do. The silly Public Benefit page proves it. He would rather donate all of the company's financial assets to trees, migrants, and vagrants.

You should all have been listening when I identified the signs during the past few years. A website that was unusable twice in two years, a lack of stockholder meetings, a near-total lack of usable information given to the stockholders for the past four years, a failure to issue a simple public statement about the end of the patent infringement case, and let's not forget the latest obscenity, a Public Benefit page on the company's website that says this.

As long as the company keeps the silly Public Benefit page on its' website, the company doesn't WANT to be profitable.

The company doesn't need a cheerleader, it needs a CEO who will delete the website's silly Public Benefit page and get on with the serious business of running a profitable company.

TD Ameritrade will prevent their clients from buying GERS stock a month before the SEC deadline. There's no upside and no hope for anyone who still owns GERS stock. If Kevin was going to file any of the missing 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks, he would've announced his intent to do so, knowing that the announcement would lift the GERS price.

Don't waste too much time trying to analyze Kevin's mind. Right now, he's losing it because the SEC will soon prevent anyone from buying his stock.

Wait for the report of the SEC investigation.

All of the people who bought yesterday will find out too late that there is no upside unless Greenshift brings their SEC filings current, thus releasing them from a freeze on buying GERS stock imposed by the SEC.

This is the kind of price movement that sometimes triggers an SEC investigation.

This "quiet period" began in 2016 when Greenshift failed to send the SEC the 10-K for that year..
