Tech hype thanks for the post and welcome to CPWR. First off, Ocean Thermal Energy Corporation only went public last May 9 2017 and obtained the ticket cpwr at that time. The company with cpwr prior was compuware and has nothing to do with Ocean Thermal. I believe they went back to private company.

They are working on some huge wins. Top two being an acquisition of a well established engineering company with substantial revenue, contracts and infrastructure. The merging of two players in the industry. Im not in on the details but I know people in the company well and i know it’s a game changer. Secondly they are working on a project with Lockheed Martin and the us navy for a sea water air conditioning plant for Diego Garcia naval base. The USDOD has no other plans for air conditioning other than the design Ocean Thermal engineers did for Lockheed. They are expecting a “notice to proceed” from the navy very shortly. It’s a hurry up and wait situation with the navy which is not uncommon with government contracts like this. The hiring of the COO Bob Griffin was not a coincidence. Excellent experience managing large government energy projects and past experience working with Lockheed Martin. Again, not coincidental.

There are other things in the works however these two will be huge and are sitting in very good situations. And you’re correct in your assessment of the technology. The world needs it and they are coming to terms with it and I’m not solely saying this because of Ocean thermals activity. Many SWAC systems around the world and OTEC is well on its way.

Excellent point gre regarding the shorting with mm. There is only so much that can be done on this exchange to restrict and control the mm shorting. They will leverage each other and work together to force these types of dips. Know what you own. This company is a monster that will continue to be let loose in 2018. What a year we’re in for! Correct, It is managed by Makai Ocean Engineering now (OCEES Intl. (our predecessor co.) helped design and build while they were headquartered in Hawaii. as i understand it, their engineers are good friends with our engineers), who are our pipe engineers, designed them for the Baha mar plant, and are working with our future projects as well.

You absolutely have my respect, despite our back and forth... nothing wrong with agreeing to disagree.

oh goodness....several inaccuracies again..not much surprise there...

first, perhaps did you ever stop to think there's more than one person from the military other than the COO...he's a fellow investor who I met because of our separate paths that lead to OTE investments, but to draw in the Colonel COO, good try, but not quite fella. As i've said a dozen times, theres 500+ supporters out there, other than the 10 employees of OTE. Weird concept to consider for you, i understand.

Second, simple research man, come on my goodness... i don't know why i'm replying to you anymore i guess to just try and save a soul....check out NELHA insert-text-here. There's been a functioning OTEC plant for several decades that is now generating resources for close to 35 HOST clients (economic development). Did you know they shrimp farm in Hawaii? How about fish farm lobster? all using OTEC water...Assuming OTEC is solely researched and not a proven technology, again not surprised of your lack of knowledge there. (your example of the NASA rain and energy and AC, etc. too many holes to pock and address, so just ignoring that). Dr. Stephen Oney, the Chief Science Advisor helped with the research and development of this plant and was the US's First Subject Matter Expert on OTEC for international symposiums. I guess he's a fraud too. Along with OTE's Chief Financial Strategist who ran PA's American Red Cross as CFO for over 20 YEARS. Maybe he's unqualified too, terrible organization that must be, the American Red Cross...

third, the ripoffreport has been known by the company and investors since the morning after it came out. Ripoffreport knows its inaccurate, it's an anonymous source, and the website is known for these types of slander. The CEO was regional finalist for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year insert-text-here. good try at trying to disqualify a really good hard working man that's devoting his life to investing in emerging markets

You may want to pick a different company to try and short or bash because the only hole you're going to pock in OTE is financials, which is fair game...they're aware, i'm aware, they're building a business that had a hiccup with Baha Mar (which is where many of those losses are coming from, very easy to explain and understand.)...they're fully audited, fully reporting and zero red flags...SEC cleared a $15M S.1 from L2 Capital in 2.5 weeks. Quarterly filings, nope no issue. annual filing, nope no issues...Form 10, nope no issues. Working on an acquisition, nope no issues...Maybe the SEC and L2 and the investment bankers are a bunch of numpties too..they should consult with Brooklywiz prior to signing any deals

at what point do you stop selling other positions and loading up on FUSZ!?!?!? haha I've never been apart of a monster like this....never seen such a sure thing for short term movers and long term potential

funniest bit is that i'm not even an OTC/penny stock investor. In fact i had never held an investment in a company on the OTC markets prior to Ocean Thermal. So this whole sophisticated investor, taking advantage of blah blah blah, Pump theory you have going is simply laughable. you're clueless

i've been patient with you, thinking you are possibly a legitimate interested investor however i see thats not the case. i take offense to your ignorance on this company and the technology and your lack of supporting information or arguments. provide useful comments or move on.

How will NASA's rain machine generate electricity?
Where is the air conditioning?
How about potable water for drinking?
Use for agriculture?
How about aquaculture?
Economic development? What does NASA's Rain machine do to generate economic opportunity for local communities?

These are real life issues that real people are having around the world. And this is a real company, run by real people, real impact investors, with hearts full of motivation to provide solutions for these real life issues.

Huge story that just came out this morning that Puerto Rico has a full island blackout that could take 24-36 hours to restore power. How does NASA's rain machine provide a solution to give these people energy for their homes or businesses? I'm not bashing the rain machine, its pretty neat concept, one that i've seen, however completely irrelavent technology in a discussion around OTEC/SWAC.

Brooklynwiz...have you managed to get back in? i told you we had some early sellers who wanted to liquidate their positions, very short sighted of them but was the sole reason for the price decline. market wasn't ready for the sell side pressure...that sell side pressure is/has mainly subsided and there's been nice movement over the past 2 weeks. sellers have had their shot to get out and they have and there is a tremendous LONG position locked up by shareholders who firmly believe in this team...a lot of catalysts to spark a huge climb over the next 1-2 months

do some research on stockwatchindex.com. They don't cover companies who fail...head analyst has taken several companies public on his own and has been a very successful analyst only backing solid companies who have a future. Check out there track record on his own portfolios, may pick up some ideas...They are very bullish on this one...stars are aligned with key employees, proper legal team for the industry, political support, etc...$5 target in 12-15 months mark it

5 consecutive days in green and working on a good day today. we've found our bottom, whoever that seller was must be out of shares and will regret this so badly... it'll be his biggest nightmare of their life.....these things don't take long to bounce and get wind in their sails. we will see much higher levels as trading and buying pick up..

company is working with several outfits to drive open market volume..they will be successful, as you are slowly seeing, and this company will be successful, as you will see in the future
