Hyder, many factors can achieve a fair value 1) Buyout would be fastest but with NWBO positioning themselves as a platform technology and the ability to achieve manufacturing requirements their valuation may be beyond most BP’s 2) Partnerships through collaborative trials as highlighted in the 10K looks like the most likely route. I believe that the Nature Article will be the start of a change in attitude towards NWBO technology and the promise of actual cures being achieved through combination treatments will help accelerate SP appreciation because once MAA is achieved DCVAX will be seen as a platform technology that can lead to cures. Gary, you are very wrong to imply that the majority of shares will be held by institutions before the SP hits $10. I would suggest you reevaluate because many longs know that this is a platform technology and along with Flaskworks you are not speaking for the majority. I remember a long talk from LP encouraging all investors to try and eliminate the issue of brokers loaning out their shares to short. This talk was LP trying to make sure that there were not millions of shares available to short each time news was issued. I do not believe that NWBO board members would go against the CEO and allow their shares to be available for shorting. We all have our reasons to sell and the .5 million sold would have no impact on the SP which we know has been controlled maliciously by many Market Makers. Another reason for not buying is possible long term partnership talks tied into milestones. One thing is for certain and that is NWBO needs the SP much higher once approval is made as a ton of money would be needed to move this project into the next phase. I am still banking on partnership announcements relating to combos etc that will prompt uplisting and much more available cash to expand manufacturing etc and start multiple trials concurrently. There is no way that NWBO has the financial ability at this share price to pull off massive interest in DCVAX-L for both GBM and off label use once the market is awakened. The full Nature article on the combo trial may be the kick start of this whole operation that moves us away from the control of the natsayers.

This has become a very painful board to read as the crescendo from the fudders grows ever louder and more desperate the closer we get to MAA submission. I expect this wailing and screeching to grow even louder after submittal with their piercing notes of this will never get approved being repeated every few minutes. As per the PR. Consultants begin work week of 30th and require up to 2 weeks to complete work. Week of the 30th is 1 week. Week of the 6th is second week. Consultants pass the baton onto the publishers by the end of the week of the 6th. The publishers begin their work latest the week of the 13th and require 2 to 3 weeks to complete there work. If it takes 2 weeks they then hand over to the MHRA week of the 27th. The latest they hand over the baton is the 1st of December. I do not think there was any typo in the PR as they were probably told by the publishers that their work will be complete by the end of November at the latest which would take the publishers into the 3rd week of their timeline. IMO
