I haven't posted here in a few years. But I'm back and focused almost exclusively on Lazar plays. Here's some DD for DIEN. What I saw recorded in the courts on 6/23/20 was an Affidavit of Publication. I didn't see an Affidavit of Holding. An Affidavit of Publication is letting the Court know that the proper public notice has been given in a proper publication. This particular public notice was provided in a local legal news paper.

It seems to me that it has to do with the earlier Motion to Require Proofs of Claim against DIEN. The only person or entity that filed a claim with the Court as far as I can see is DIEN's former attorney who first withdrew as DIEN's counsel and then filed a claim against his form client (DIEN) for $5,975.47, my guess would be that's for unpaid legal fees. It looks like there getting ready to do something with DIEN imo. I have no play here as I tried to buy DIEN this morning but TDA wouldn't let me. Ugh. I hope to make $$ with you all.

They do nothing to my knowledge, yet. But with low floats, you never know. Quick up, quick down. If they PR, it moons. If they don't, it tanks. Simple as that really. But they did take the first step of reinstating so they must have some plans.

As others have mentioned, as soon as a PR hits, this moons. We'll be selling PRMK to others at .05+ in that case. Now's the time to accumulate, sit back, and enjoy the eventual show.

Some Twitter posts I read today said news coming and judging by today's volume and price action, I'd guess they're right. The right news will send this absolutely flying.

Great run today for GRSO. Nearly traded the float and went up almost 70%. Tomorrow should be great. Something brewing and we're in before the masses.

Great news, thanks for posting. This product is going to be marketed worldwide to the likes of the CDC and the WHO, as well as local governments for use by emergency personnel. PSID is a low floater, with a great innovative product that governments and organizations will love.

There are just under 800,000 shares outstanding. Easily seen from the filing. Morgan Stanley has just over 40,000 shares and that's 5.3% of the total shares issued. And we've all seen the last couple weeks what low floaters with news do. Supernova.

I agree. These low floaters move on air. That's why it's best to buy on the ask with these instead of watching your bid disappear under a mountain of increasing bids.

Price target of around $4 would give this a market cap of close to $10 million. Very likely imo.

I fully expect FAGI to reach over $1 soon. Low float, no dilution into float, huge news in shareholder letter. Nasdaq or NYSE coming, significant filings in the near term. $280 million in assets...
