The MM's algorithm's are designed so that they can buy at the bid and sell at the ask, because they control both. So when you place a buy at the ask and it comes through as a sell close to the bid, they are the ones buying. It's blatantly wrong, and criminal imo, but that's the game we are in. They are working the PPS between low .01's and upper .02's right now in this Name to their profit. This is all imo being around the OTC for 20 plus years. It's not right or legal or ethical imo, but it's their game that they control. At some point V will kick in once material events happen, and imo they will happen, just not on the timetable most want. This is a slow process and it must be done right, not fast. I think Melvin is learning this as he grows the Business to do it the right way. GLTA!

Seriously!!!! MM’s exacerbate anyone selling, especially on the bid. This was not a sell off, no one sells this Name unless they have to. Who buys a stock they can’t afford to lose in the OTC? Nobody I know, but I also understand taking a profit anytime!!!

Folks really think this PPS going down after a big up day is Melvin's fault!!!??? He is building something slowly but surely, and anyone that wants to buy and sell a few months later need not buy imo.. MM's play this like a juggler, buy at low's on the bid to retail sellers, and sell at highs as close to the ask as they can get. They do this like clockwork. Our day will come!!!

With the MM spread, we need ask buyers to step up. Bid sitters are killing the PPS. The last ask buyer helped today.

Nice!!! Totally incomprehensible to me how anyone buying an OTC stock would not buy on the ask. A mentor of mine (I've posted this before here) who is an extremely successful trader (I mean extremely, extremely extremely) say's always buy on ask and sell on ask if you want stock to have and maintain momentum..

Bid-sitting kills all momentum or stops it from starting. Bid-sitters are a death nail to OTC stocks with the MM's in control of low
V stocks. It's ludicrous to think otherwise. Slapping the ask will get filled between bid/ask, bid-sitters below the bid are idiots and should not be trading OTC.

Totally unbelievable putting a block on the ask for a couple days now. They are obviously not holding long term!!! This stock is long term, there is no way with all the potential it has that someone thinks that .023 is where they want to put a block....weird!!! Totally agree. On top of that many have actually posted they have bids waiting to hit below the bid posted. If anyone wants to bid sit below the bid that will kill the PPS unless it is close to the ask then it will push price up as folks slap the ask. If anyone wants to buy 100,000 shares slap the ask several times, don’t block the ask with 100k shares. Anyway my thoughts. And my opinion is this stock will be fine once V kicks in with Material events…which should happen within a few weeks to months.

Looking fwd to the conference call. Unusual to say the least for an OTC NAME, but not for a NYSE NAME, which is back where they will be soon enough. I doubt they would do a conference call if things were not rosy! Can't wait!!!

Nothing surprises me with this NAME. Sure looks like the rug pull yesterday was flippers helped along by the short MM's (algo's, spread). With the potential here they will be sorry for selling in the 02's IMO.

Happens all the time. I would advise anyone thinking about trying to paint the PPS up in the last minute to look at the spread. If the spread is wide, MM's will paint it down majority of time!!! Remember OTCMarkets and OTC MM's are in cahoots against retail!

Guarantee the last 5000 shares were a buy seconds before close. It was retail, and I can't tell you how many times I've seen retail buy in the last seconds and it will take us into the red for the day because of the spread. MM's nonsense!!!

Happy to see a green close, but bid buyers will knock the PPS down considerably. Noone can convince me that folks are selling here. My buy(limit buy at the ask) this morning was recorded as a sell. MM's are loading up on the bid sitter fools. Run will start soon!

I don't think anyone is selling, I think its MM's buying, and showing retails buys as sells. One of them was my buy limit order which showed up as a sell. Normal shenanigans, but with MM's now taking the long side when they can then we could be starting a nice run!!!

Yesterday's tweet was great! Especially liked the acquisition news.

"We have made significant progress on our first acquisition and anticipate making an announcement in the upcoming weeks".

Hopefully there will be carryover V and price action today!

Someone just sold 200 shares to take the PPS down at the open almost 5%. Those 200 shares cost $2.96, add in the $6.95 brokerage fee....hmmm, so that leaves MM's...It really seems like we are fighting an uphill battle until something material happens!! How many times have we seen many more buys then sells and the PPS declines. MM's want to break retail's back until we sell IMO. I haven't sold a share and don't plan on it. Will continue to add here and there.

Yep, only thing that matters at this point IMO. Until then, MM's will decide what happens, especially on low volume days when buys outnumber sells buy a large amount usually and the PPS declines due to the spread enticing bid sitting fools!!
