From an accounting perspective this is a shell game. Shareholders have single handedly made these scammers money. Not one press release has been substantiated. Not one. They sure do pay themselves and enrich their own pocket though.

Rumor? Is Haas still in charge? Is he still raising money through #grnh to fund private ventures? Poor financials are the least of the worries here. The bogus deals and shell game are what I'd be asking about if I were you. The only people making money here are selling the 40 million shares per quarter haas gifts them for services that never get rendered. What a joke until proven otherwise.
