Typically you call and the first response is we cannot share information from an ongoing "investigation" (which is not ongoing). Then you pay a fee then you are part of the "investigation". Then they say we have not uncovered anything yet but we will let you know. You just wasted your money. This is most likely an effort to get people to sell their shares or an effort to misdirect and lay blame on the CEO for efforts being done by dark money. There are many OTC companies with charts that look just like TTOO (ELTP,ALPP, IQST......just to name a few). From roughly 2021 the Fed. Reserve Board stopped supporting the market (broadly speaking), then COVID, then inflation. There probably is an investigation going on by the SEC but it is in an effort to clean up the corruption on the OTC and NASDAQ. TTOO has done years and years of research resulting in FDA approval. That is a major milestone from a small OTC company. Most likely they are a great buyout candidate especially at this price made possible by dark money and shorts over the years. They spent their major effort in research now they need to expand into selling.

I have seen these fake investigations many times over the years. How stupid to think some vague quote "company investors" paid for this investigation. Nothing will happen. now over the months ahead you will occasionally hear about this but nothing will happen because it is all fake. You can call and you will get fake misinformation. Nothing will happen maybe they will ask for a donation. Who files for an investigation from a tiny small town in Pennsylvania. This did not come from the SEC. This is total fraud.

At this point(.15) it absolutely makes no sense to do a RS. What is to be gained? Just to stay on the NASDAQ? What for? Ttoo can make as many deals and sales from the OTC+ as they can from the NASDAQ. Ttoo is now becoming a great takeover target. Great new technology at a bargain basement price. So how does having fewer shares at a higher price really benefit the company. They need to spend the money it takes to go through a RS on sales and advertising.

In this economic environment I am not sure remaining on the NASDAQ is all that important especially if you believe a RS will bring an end to TTOO. It will take months for sales to be
made and deals signed with the FDA just now giving the green light. Why not just go back to the OTC and let the business grow until it reaches $2.00 and then reapply for the NASDAQ. This way we keep our shares, there is no share restructuring, and TTOO avoids the certain demise of a RS. Just canceling the RS will raise the SP.. It won't be. That long for orders to come in. All of this is really just a timing problem. Being on the NASDAQ is no big deal as there is just as much corruption here as the OTC.

It is all up to the marketing people now. Research done. FDA approval done. They can legitimately knock on hospital doors.

Real sales growth begins withFDA approval. Brand new day. Brand new start. You can’t sell anything medical without FDA approval. TTOO just pushed the reset button.

FDA approval means everything. You cant walk into the front door of a hospital if your not FDA approved. Having similar results as lab tests that can sometimes take a week or more is life saving. Sales should now start climbing.

I will be pissed if we are forced into a RS and then the next day the FDA gives us the green light.

I did not like the reverse split myself but Kent may have been forced to do this to comply with the NASDAQ. He could have also done this to stop the unrelenting shorting. It is one thing to cover a .30 cent / share stock than to cover a stock at 2.40 a share not only because of the increased cost per share but also because of the lack of total shares. Everyone on this board is holding their shares further contributing to the lack of shares. This is going to take some time to sort out for those 4.5 million shorted shares (# before the split). I think down the road we will see a forward split. Also more institutions can justify buying stock over $1.00 or 2.00 vrs. .30. I thought at first the shorts would just push this down again but I have changed my mind for the above reasons.

ALPP just sold 8 million shares for roughly .50/share which accounts for a little decrease in share price. If I had an additional $ 8 million lying around knowing that in 1Q 2023 there was going to be a huge jump in income for ALPP, I would too. This was a good move with quick profits in sight soon.

Pumpster- We are in a war for Lithium right now. Ukraine has 5% of the world's reserve of Lithium worth over $80 billion dollars. I am guessing over 5 million tons -something like that. Thats why graphene is so important.

Pumpster- Do not buy a used EV vehicle. The batteries only last about 8 years.

Pumpster- Replacement Lithium car batteries cost more than the car is worth.

Pumpster-Your barking up the wrong economic tree. Lithium sources are limited and getting more expensive. There could be wars over Lithium. Ever heard of Henry Ford and the production line. That will happen with graphene- it will get cheaper and cheaper.

Pumpster- Graphene batteries are the Holy Grail of batteries. They do not explode on impact. Car insurance rates go down and cell phones can be used safely on planes,etc. There is a never-ending source of carbon. In the end this will lower the cost of EV cars especially as graphene becomes cheaper to make. Lithium is growing rarer and more expensive everyday. From a military point of view the USA will not need to depend on foreign countries for Lithium.It is faster and cheaper to recharge graphene batteries which will be less stress on the electric grid. Everytime some one buys an electric car the transformers in the neigbhorhood have to be updated. If everyone had electric cars at this point in time the electric grid would crash. Graphene batteries are more efficient. The world will be forced be accept graphene batteries and there will be no choice in this matter.

ZRock- Yes- but of course we need to see a Form for that but it is entirely possible as the PR was vague in that regard.

This press release also suggests insider buying is taking place.

Nov61- I agree. The company is in better financial shape than when it was $9.00 a share. It is more diversified with huge and better potential. It is holding up very well considering the economic environment of today. Time is on our side. Another approach would be to buy back shares. These ideas would crush shorts. At some point they will have to cover and that will be the end of shorts for a short while.

The reality is MM's could not hold this below 1$ without bringing on an investigation. They were lucky they could use the cover of the pandemic, recession?, and inflation to get as far as they did. Why kill the goose that lays the golden egg.

Should be an easy 30 cent gain back to 1$. Heavily manipulated during day trading and then when no one is looking during after hour trading ALLP recovers nicely for a green close.

Kent- Stop tip-toeing through the tulips. Get your lobbyists in Washington talking to the military. Expand on your current military contracts. Apply for more military grants for research and development. Use military money to help build your factories at a record pace. ALPP drones are the best in the world- super long range with batteries that are bullet proof and quickly charged and put back in the air. Europe and Ukraine need ALPP drones. Turkey is already providing drones to the Ukraine. Now is the opportunity to show the world what ALPP can do. ALPP is no longer a conglomeration of small companies- ALPP is the future of the world. I will say this again. ALPP because of their military contracts will do very well. THe military needs bullet proof batteries for drones. They need super long range drones. Institutional investors will gobble up these shares so fast today. Today is a golden opportunity to get cheap shares. Dont be stupid and sell shares today because you think the world is coming to an end.

Institutions realize ALPP is a monster of a company and they are grabbing cheap shares as fast as they can. Institutions are quickly approaching 10% of all ALPP shares by buying between the lines(bid and ask). Institutions realize that ALPP will grow independent of inflation, economic downturn, or war. For instance, institutions realize that ALPPs military contracts and the development of their super long range military drones can do more military damage than a fleet of F35s at a tiny fraction of the cost. I am guessing that 10,000 super long range ALPP drones could totally cripple Russia. ALPP will benefit and grow in any situation including war. It's ridiculous and ALPP can absolutely no longer claim they a conglomerate of "SMALL" businesses but very soon will lead the world in batteries, drones, and many collateral areas consistent with their vertical integration philosophy by, for example, producing their own inhouse computer chips to power their batteries and drones. The shorts, dark exchanges, and MMs are quickly losing their control of ALPP shares and institutions will overcome their tight grip on ALPP as evidenced by the increasing difficulty to hold down the ALPP SP. Yes, I agree, ALPP is sending notice like a volcano getting ready to explode. Within 5 years ALPP can easily reach $100.00 per share. Buy and hold ALPP shares. DO not sell a single share of ALPP. The short games, dark exchange activity, and the MMs influence is about to end.

Institutions know that the tech industry has been hit hard. The fact that the techs have been hit hard is a little absurd from the point of view that mandkind cannot survive without tech. The fact that the techs have been hit hard for lack of computer chips is a little absurd from ALPPs point of view because ALPP makes its own chips. ALPP, like others, have been lumped into the tech industry problems but at no fault of their own. Being on the NASDAQ, ALPP automatically shares problems in other sectors whether it applies to them or not. ALPP is diversified and will rebound quicker than other stocks on the NASDAQ. So institutions see a diversified company making its own chips but lumped into a generalized tech sector problem. It makes drones, batteries, chips, etc. What more could you want from a company with a SP so cheap. It will rebound soon. The end of the quarter is in March and with a good Q that is expected ALPP will start going up if not sooner. Whether institutions will keep buying at increased SP will be up to them. ALPP will be on a long upward SP incline especially as graphene batteries come on line in a big way for cars.

I totally agree with Danno and Z. Institutions will keep buying at least until the end of March.

I might add that the tech sector has been hit hard and many stock charts look identical to ALPP. (ALYI, HWNI, IQST, Pure water-forgot new symbol,etc)

The situation with ALPP is the result of dysregulation of the OTC regarding, dark money, dark exchanges, and hedge funds. ALPP just defied the odds by going up over $9.00 and did not look back. A lot of shorts bet against this happening. ALPP is a rare situation in that regard. Going onto the NASDAQ has further put the squeeze on them. I suspect the NASDAQ sees this as a carry over problem from the OTC with a lot shorts stuck as the surprising "bag holders". This time the shorts are the "bagholders" for a change and the shoe is on the other foot. The management of ALPP is so good that they will bury the shorts. The shorts just got caught with their shorts pulled down. Kent has been fighting the OTC regulatory problems for a long time and will extract revenge in a huge way going way past $9.00.

Zrock- This is because everytime shorts thought it would go down and they shorted it it went up. This process repeated itself all the way to over $9.00. There are a lot of dark shorts on dark exchanges that are not even recorded on the OTC. There is a lot of money to be lost by shorts. I suspect that at least 1/2 the shorts went unrecorded as dark naked shorts. ALPP just kept defying the odds beyond belief all the way to over $9.00. After the shorts give up or swallow their losses, ALPP will sky rocket past $9.00.

Danno- ALPP CEO has been fighting this for a long time. One of the greatest reasons for moving to the NASDAQ is to get away from the corruption on the OTC. The NASDAQ wont stand for this for long. ALPP is way undervalued and keeps making giant leaps forward. Corruption is so blatant even to a beginning investor. The NASDAQ will take care of this as they have a reputation to uphold also.
