Just look at Game Stop, it was in a downward spiral, then regular retail investors banded together and bought up the stock until it was a moon shot.

With this insane volume shorts are going to run out of shares to dump to keep the price down.

Plus out of all the companies listed that are fighting back on illegal naked shorting it has the lowest share price. This makes it an attractive target for investors that don’t have a large war chest of funds to invest.

NWBO is the only stock that I hold for long term. The rest are flipped when I reach my goal.
However, my wife died from cancer and this company is offering hope to people that are generally in a hopeless situation.

If I invested based upon my emotions I would have dropped out of the market a long time ago.
Do your due diligence and make your own risk assessment.
For me I’m sticking with MMAT because I believe in the technology.
Some of those taking short positions are doing fairly well right now and I congratulate you on your success.
However, I’m convinced that the patient investor will be rewarded when the analyst recognize the value of the meta materials products and the balance sheet reflects increasing sales.

Well I’m convinced you are not a retail investor but a portfolio manager for a major firm. You bought a stock that didn’t perform to meet your quota and now your going out pretending to be a common investor that lost funds. Please. I would not go after you if I didn’t think you held a series 7 license.

I agree that things are not looking great right now as per the PPS, but it doesn’t align with actions of the company. They are doing a lot to build future value.
I know some of the investors are unhappy with the reverse split and the dividend.
However, that is not justification to spread false information with malicious intent. I don’t expect the absentee SEC to do anything but it’s still illegal to spread false information.

I would agree with you if you were speaking from the Q3 2021 revenue numbers of $198, 175. However Q3 2021, total revenue grew 189%, to $572,612.
I would not characterize that as no growth.
Keep in mind this company is still in the development stage.
I understand that there are some very motivated short traders betting against the stock, we’ll that’s their right. But I think they will find themselves on the wrong side of history as this grows into a multibillion dollar enterprise.

Based on the last report the valuation of the company is $1.4B / 281.26M outstanding shares that puts fair value at $4.97.
Keep in mind this company is in the development stage. The future value of the company is much higher.
Hold and don’t listen to those taking short positions.

One thing I’ll agree with you on is that the company has some challenges in regards to the merger with TRCH and the dividend.

Other than that I think you are missing the point that this is company is still in the growth stage and their potential to grow to a multi billion dollar firm is achievable.
