Could be artists and writers. Comic book people, well, one hates to stereotype, but there's a certain flake-a-flake rep for people in the field.

But it could be recent tsunamis, labor strikes on the docks, the earthquake in Mexico (less than a week ago), international concern over the stock market volatility, rumors over Markiplier's vocal cord nodules preventing his screaming louder than 180 decibels, the refusal of a franchise to correct the name to Toys ARE Us, the injunction of the Republic of the Philippines which won't allow RED GIANT titles to be translated into Tagalog ... So many credible factors are likely the cause of the latest delays in publishing comics.

At least we know the CEO, quite possibly ill with a sick headache and fever, is doing all he can to do all he can to keep on doing.

With advertising costing about $175,000 a second, Red Giant had allocated a budget of $875 for a commercial of 1/200th of a second's duration. The completed footage portrayed in a speedy montage all REDG's successful comics, graphic novels, motion pictures, TV shows, and games, as well as the famous and widely loved BP cats, over a soundtrack of a truncated Markiplier scream.

But no go.

According to NBC, the REDG ad won't be seen during the game for the same reason the Bitcoin ad will not be on.

"It wasn’t rejected because it was never reviewed because the company never made a buy," an NBC spokesperson said. "We don’t review creative until a purchase is made."

Yes, REDG specializes in no real news at all.

Think those comics are now scheduled for 2/31/18--or thereabouts. Give or take a couple decades. Or cataclysms.

But .... But just when REDG is on the verge of revealing its new strategic partner, Montgomery Ward. Just when stacks of free, advert supported copies of REDG comics will be available right next to the Green River drink machine at all the soda fountains in Walgreens across the nation. Yeah, sure is. Intrinsic Value Films has released a new, obviosuly limited distribution film. Probably a good one. Others by Intrinsic Value (at least in part): The Experimenter; Blue Caprice. Both fine films.

What has this to do with Red Giant? Oh, I know: It can be proven that BP (still CEO as far as public statement goes) has, on occasion, seen several motion pictures. He also gets Good n Plenty and Chuckles at the refreshment stands. He was noticeably absent at the Golden Globes, perhaps because there was no refreshment stand.

RED GIANT films, more or less ... SHOCKWAVE, budget, three dollars and 85 cents. JOURNEY TO MAGICKA, the profits are still pourin' in.
