The value of the company will create the price of the stock, not the other way around.


If the day to day price action is what is priority, trading might be something to explore instead of investing(or maybe some combination of both). Lots of ways for this to work. Some trade for percentages, some invest in companies, and some make their money shorting and betting on downtrends. Figure out what works for you so you can relax and not worry about your decisions, thus ignoring the message boards or potential emotional swings due to price action.

No way Rene is going to reveal his hand or jeopardize a massive healthcare deal just to make a couple people happy and prevent a couple grand from being sold off. That would not be good strategy on the part of the company. It's done when it's done. Unless the company formally mentions otherwise, nothing has changed. Red or green, I'm waiting on Rene. When he's ready, he's ready. That simple!

I agree with that, Des. I remember this same dynamic of cyclical doubt on red days when we were at .002, then at .005's, then .007-.009. And here were have it again, as will we see the same emotional dynamic at higher prices in the future. Trading psychology 101. Nothing like closing a stock red to cause nail biting and bad decision making prior to the coming trading day. Only 78,000 shares took this from HOD to the low at close. Low volume walk down, spelled out on the trade log.

There could be non-disclosure agreements signed by one or more of the entities preventing dissemination of material information as pertains to being released to the public, investing or otherwise. This is a rather common practice. In some(but not all) cases, if parties do not abide by the terms at hand, it can legally be deemed as breach of contract, leading to either penalties, further delays, or termination due to practices involving trust and reputation.

As for the dissimilar way in which the major entities you mentioned operate, take into consideration that they have decades of reputation behind them, as well as massive amounts of funding for legal protection, private verification, and the like. You can have thirty short sellers or impatient shareholders try to destroy a merger with one of those big entities, but it will be to no avail, unless orchestrated by a major hedge fund with inside lines to the transactions. When was the last time a team of shareholders brought down Disney or Comcast? Now when was the last time a team brought down a penny stock start up? Sometimes silence is best for all parties, even if multiple people are eager to spread the good news.

Try Rene by email or via Twitter. Maybe he will be able to give a small confirmation without divulging dates, numbers or anything of the sort that he would be legally or professional asked not to disclose. "Is the deal with InMed still on?" "Are we getting close, or do we still have a bit of a wait?" "Anything else you could share would be great. If you are not comfortable with an email chain with a singular shareholder, a quick statement or two on the Twitter account would go a long way in securing comfort and confidence."

$TRON chart is looking like it could be eyeing a bullish return and a possible breakout.

Accumulation is holding steady. Middle bollinger band(*the red line) is showing .0143, with our current pps at .0140. We need to break through there and hold an uptrend. Upper bollinger band is at .0166. If we can break and hold the middle band as the lower and upper bands pinch, then we can break out through the upper band and run to .02's again, and maybe beyond. This is without any news being factored in.

Get iMedScan running through the InMed facilities, launch it, market it, show a working model, finalize with Acuant, having Continental backing, acquire new healthcare facilities for expanded proof of concept, let Acuant lease the technology to facilities around the world, enable Toron to reap revenues, and with such partnerships, Acuant can find a failing healthcare system that has potential and just needs better management and revamping, and can then get Toron on it, and both Toron and Continental can see if it is profitable to salvage and expand upon with. You are right. Charts are a useful framework, but they do get manipulated all the time, especially when people see technical bottoms and put in stop-loss orders below them. People then shake the price, grab the stop loss, and ride it back up with shares they got on discount.

Great attitude and great way to play it. I've been long through and through on this one, but congrats on playing this to your advantage and accumulating enough to go long with, which says something to the confidence you have in the stock, given that you are a self-admitted, 90% day trader. We have words for those, kind of like you have words for "stupid chartists" like me. Hope you're having a great one, Nanmka! Thanks for bringing a lighter air to the board and teasing us a bit. Good to have some fun even when the stakes are high.
