Holt - That's what I said...lack of communication. Fernandez did nothing overt to adversely effect SP. And yes, I understand that the "exchange rate" for the business combination has been determined, but that doesn't prevent the SP from moving up once things are in place.

J - I am also not happy like most everyone else here, I think that the share price should be in the $10.00 range right now. I still see that strong upside here once things are unveiled.

I understand what you are saying SW, but what I truly don't understand is how Fernandez and Company allegedly eroded the SP down. Fact is both RXMD and NXPL have dropped. Are you saying it's the lack of communication that has caused the price drop or is it something else. Fact is the business is doing better than ever - $50 million in revenue is a pretty strong number along with a strong cash position.

Playing the devil's advocate, let's say you are correct about the reason for the price drop, wouldn't it also be true that if the company starts communicating with its shareholders and potential investors, the share price should respond in a positive way and move towards FMV.
