Why does my post get deleted when I say the photo looks like it has been photoshopped. I thought this was a board for discussion about the stock. I am discussing my thoughts over the picture they released. Just wondering what other thought of what it looked like.

haha pump and dump
nice pit
Wow, pit you might be right about something good coming, shares are getting bought up so quick.
Chris
I don't want to rub salt in the wounds but come on guys. You believe there is good news still to come. All I heard the past few days is Stock has been halted for "GOOD NEWS" looks like we have no news as of now and just a stock that is dropping. I won't call out name but to everyone please don't get everyone excited about Good News when you know deep down that there isn't anything good to come. I know some of you have been following this stock for over 2 years it should be obvious by now. I am on my 3rd year and have pretty much seen everything.
GL ALL
Chris
I hate to say it but is seems to be over for our little "Great" company. I have followed this stock for over 3 years now and it seems that they bit off more than they can chew now. Huff has once again caused delays and he says this time instead of months it could be only a few weeks. Give me a break. If you really have something to show whould you take pictures of it is atleast a little portion, I know its TOP SECRET but we saw Sanswire I or atleast the model blimp they made and it was not even completed. I know info is sheilded but when you tell your investors that the "Taco shaped pieces" are not to spec you kind of lose the thought that this is a huge technical breakthrough.
Simply put we are off the Amex back to penny land. Only to Loose Huff try a new CEO and then fail again. This stock is going know where but delaying the obvious, delisting. I don't think the AMEX wants this stock associated with them now.
Hopefully we can get something good out of this but any stock that has been halted this long looks like it will continue to be halted.
GL ALL
It just becomes too predictable these days any bad news like that is definately going to get jumped on by motley fool. I think we have trouble brewing but we will just have to wait in see. Hoping for the best.
Haha and I have to agree with them. Taco's come on that is the cheapest food known to man but very tasty, why do you have to associate a engineering design with tacos, atleast call it a half cirle, sounds better than taco?
Chris
Timing is everything and like you said we seem to be the last ones to know about anything. Seems almost obvious yesterday that news about delays was out way before we actaully knew. But this has been the norm. And it is just a wave to ride. Look for good low entry points and hold on. Hopefully we can correct this downward spiral with good news.
Doc last halt we had was bad, Russian deal was done. What makes you think this one is going to be any different? Just curious.
Chris
Definately looks like some people knew around 11 am. Trading was going good until then.
Chris
Agree very odd time to release a PR. 3:53 PM seems like it should be a motley fool article.
Chris
Saw that too ken w
Has to be a mess up.
Chris
eqmx, I think you missed a zero somewhere
150,000,000 AS x 0.35 = 52,500,000 / 38,000 shareholders = 1,381.57 shares per person. Thats over $1,000 a person I can believe that.
Chris
Is the sound messed up? Very difficult to hear.
Having problems streaming the video, on 10 mbps cable
Chris
Anyone read the article by Byron? I am about to search for it now just wondering if someone has a link it was not under yahoo news.
Chris
labrador make up your mind.
Few hours ago
"I THINK WITHOUT GOOD NEWS IT WILL CLOSE BELOW $1."
Now Time to Buy? Can you please explain.
Chris
101400 @ 1.13 x 24400 @ 1.14

Chris
LOL another lawsuit. Lawyers must just be bored with what they are doing. www.howardsmithlaw.com they have like 15 other cases waiting as well and another makeshift website that a two year old could make, lets see how this one effects the stock.

Chris
Yup, I figured pull back as well. Once is started falling it was obvious that we were going to go down. I thought around the 1.30-1.35 range possibly lower thursday and friday. Also agree with the idea of stop loss orders being placed that would explain going to the 1.15 range but the two huge sales at 1 and 0.75 I can not figure out. Might just be unexplainable or and error who knows. But we are back on track it seems only see a small drop now if any but you know haha I didnt see myself being able to add shares at 1.10 either.
GL ALL
Chris
Yup 300 @1.00 SCOOOP!!!!
Saw that too then like 454 at .75
well 110600x9800 1x1.01 just went away with 70k sell GL all
Agree Mide.
This seems VERY similar to when globetel release the news about russian deal but at that time the was no trading going on we had a complete halt.
Chris
Got a little action going now. But still no AMEX in the picture weird. Still looks like pre-marktet.
Chris
Lawsuits looking more professional.
Well I figured we wouldn't just recieve one lawsuit on this issue. But it seems the lawsuits that came out yesterday we more professionally presented. The websites for both these companies look professional, unlike our first lawsuit whose website was only text. LOL, but they still don't have a lead plantiff, I wonder if some rich person that lost alot of money in Globetel would be pissed and go through with the suit. If this does make it to court I am not seeing it good for Globetel, regardless money will be spent which is not what we need right now.

GlobeTel Declares Formal Default by Internafta
Business Wire - May 01, 2006 09:42
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 01, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- GlobeTel (AMEX:GTE) today announced that on Tuesday, April 25, it instructed its lawyers in Moscow, Cleary, Gottleib, Steen & Hamiliton, to prepare and subsequently to deliver to LLC Internafta a formal Default Notice relating to the Agreement signed between GlobeTel and Internafta on December 29, 2005.
In accordance with the terms of that Agreement, Interafta was obligated to pay to GlobeTel, in January 2006, the first US$150 million instalment as called for in the Agreement. No payment was forthcoming from Internafta, at which point Internafta requested additional time to deliver funds and GlobeTel granted an extension.
Internafta subsequently delivered to GlobeTel terms of a US$300 million Letter-of-Credit on Banco do Brazil letterhead. It was thereafter determined by GlobeTel that the terms were not acceptable to any of GlobeTel's bankers.
Subsequent meetings between GlobeTel and the principals of Internafta, including Internafta's Director General, Maxim Chernizov, resulted in Internafta's repeated assurances and public statements that it was working with its syndicate of banks to deliver the required funding. In the context of these developments, GlobeTel issued several updates to its shareholders stating that it continued to attempt to work in good faith with Internafta in order to support its banking initiatives. In this regard, GlobeTel's management team produced a highly detailed, 108-page business plan (an expansion of the earlier business plan which it had submitted to Internafta during the competition for the Russian network installation) designed to support Internafta's pricing and structuring negotiations with Internafta's banks.
Internafta was given an additional period to work with its banks in order to give the transaction every possible chance of success. However, Mr. Chernizov was repeatedly advised that GlobeTel would be forced to call Internafta into default unless some written confirmation of the availability of funding were forthcoming before mid-April. As of mid-April, in spite of continuing assurances to the present day, Internafta has failed to provide clear, incontrovertible evidence of its ability to meet its funding obligations. GlobeTel has indicated to Internafta a willingness to consider an alternative funding structure in order to reduce the quantum of the installments (while increasing the number of installments) in order to lower the funding thresholds imposed upon Internafta.
At this stage, therefore, GlobeTel feels it has pursued every possible avenue to assist Internafta in curing its default. Thus, it elected last week to formally conclude further efforts to salvage the Internafta transaction and to open itself up to new negotiations with other significant parties in Russia, including an important entity that has approached GlobeTel, regarding a wireless network installation in Russia.
CEO Timothy Huff stated, "I firmly believe that GlobeTel has acted properly and appropriately throughout this process, and in accordance with the best interests of our shareholders. To have ignored this huge, company-transforming opportunity -- after having competed for the business in the presence of an array of senior Russian government officials including senior members of the Russian Parliament, Geoscan, MIG (the Russian government's aerospace company) and Rosonboroexport (the Russian government's agency for military imports) -- would have been deemed by our shareholders to be evidence of a timid, uncertain and uninspired management team. I believe that just the opposite is the case: GlobeTel's Directors and Officers are, in fact, assertively focused on producing shareholder value. And, while I naturally regret the time spent and the distraction caused by this situation, the company has incurred very modest expense on it, and now we will be much better positioned to pursue and achieve the performance targets cited in my recent statement to our shareholders. We have never been better positioned to achieve profitability and every one of our officers and employees is focused on and committed to delivering on the goals cited in our press release dated April 10, 2006."

70k on the ask @1.45 and dropping looks like someone is trying to get out. Lol that got bought up quick or magically disapeared.
Chris
PIT where you at? no news and its 9:39
Chris
SEABASS you were right.
Going to have to give you credit. You called it. lol I am for sure you have inside info or just can see patterns occur and read charts. Either way nice price target. Time to buy now if SEABASS target hits. Whats the new one .50 or are we going up from here. Seems up to me @ 1.14. Got my buy in SEABASS going to make me rich lol
Chris
Look at the charts does anyone see anything similar. Only problem is I see this stock not reaching previous highs and continue to find lower lows. This has gone nowhere now for the past two years I have invested in it. I have just been riding the waves liek many others.
I hate to say it but for some reason though I see this company crumbling. The only results I have seen from this company is an airship which was not completed on time, only for them to later finish, then decide that it does not work how they want it and scrap it. Also company is still not profitable. I can't tell you how many times I have heard Huff and other say this company would be profitable. Problem is this company has no products no real inventory, only a reseller as of now. We need to get these projects out and working.
The new shareholder letter by Huff pointing out a timeline is good. But I mean Huff can you real may specific dates now when you could not meet dates before. Haven't you learned lol.
Another thing that was not very reassuring to me was that if all the plans that Huff put for are not executed he will resign as CEO. This does not sound good to me. Company is done with if he he does not succeed, who will replace him? Maybe someone who knows how to run a company? At that point it is to late company will have so many lawsuits against them they will be back on otcbb if they are lucking.
Just bored today. Not trying to side either way but sounds like am a little pissed at globetel, but kind of sounds that way. I guess I can say I was lucky and had most of my money on the sidelines during this drop. But I will be buying again, there is too much of a upside "gambling" possiblilty right now. I mean 100% gain is defiantely not out of the question at all, just look at the charts and see.
Chris
Their website is terrible. I do webdesign and could make that is about ten - fifteen minutes. All it is text not even on picture. Is this for real? I bet this is used as a title scare. When I saw the title Lawsuit and Globetel I was like "Oh GREAT Globetel!" but now after a few seconds of reading those who are putting forth the lawsuit I laugh. Lets keep our fingers crossed and hope this is the best they can throw at us.
GL ALL,
Chris
They don't have to release anything. Obviously this was a halt do to something big and I don't think it is good news at all. I mean why would a stock be halted before they were going to say they received the money. There was not halt when they released they signed a contract...Looks to me that this is bad news. I am a long and will continue to be one, but seems to me there might be an investigation into this company we are now on the AMEX where many more eyes are at watch.
Chris
LOL You people are crazy.
Screw T/A
Hasn't anyone figured this stock out yet? Buy on bad news (wait) and then sell on good news - might take a few months. If bad news comes there will definately be good news to follow something big to make another run up. Only to have it knocked back down by bad news.
So with this information I take it we are going to have good news coming soon. If not well this stock is done with, and loses the pattern and loses investors.
Chris
Agree, Lawsuit is coming....this is too much BS anyone with me on a lawsuit? Sure this will get deleted but I have been a long for awhile no lol I think I have finally caught on to the scam of this company. Seabass was right I have to say it
Great looks like a no deal to me. Damnit Globetel I am out it has been fun but I am tired of hearing BS. GL All hopefully the deal does go through. I still have my 1500 shares I bought way back when.
Chris
lol I feel something coming.
doc hoping you meant 3.26 and not 2.26. Definately seems to be a walk down like you said. We need that PR right after lunch.
GL all.
Chris
WOW the wall @3.50 vanished quickly
docS I am with you on that one I am getting all kinds of confused lol
Chris
jacques0, added @ 3.02 just rolling the dice on news of the contract I'll be adding more later today hopefully. Probably be out tommorow though tired of getting burned on this stock :) might have learned a few things from reading these boards we will see.
Chris
Hmm odd I tried putting a buy in to add 1000 more shares @3.04 but looks like am a ghost on the L2
