I am kind of gray on who Doug was, I remember them bringing somebody on board for the purpose of pursuing the 121 with a leased plane from Kalitta, is that correct? and if so then there would be no need for him especially if Songbird is happening.
Yes B was the short order and most appealing.
We as shareholders are under the assumption that Tony / crew would have done as much DD as possible with the steps of this plan, we do have written confirmation that they did regarding Songbird, but assume that they did as far as the rest of the steps regarding officiating with government officials and or financial officials to make it a possible / doable, transaction/ transition.
So what's the holdup? did they do the DD with the latter, we don't know but one would think that they did.
That is what I would like to know, if they did then they should be dealing with the red tape as we speak at least hope that is the case, it seems to me that those details are not top secret.
These are the reasons for all the negativity towards this deal "Secrecy", I am sure they have all the shares they need and after all the years do not have the base to buy up a large stock dump either, there are not enough shorts available for that.
I seriously doubt there is one, the company is on lockdown and zipped tighter than a watertight suitcase, maybe we should put them in charge of Government secrets lol.
This is the only reason I am frustrated, they have given new meaning to "Black Out Period" in my opinion.

I agree to an extent, but the company has taken the steps to get a plane in the air.
I seriously doubt they sabotaged their own efforts by unpacking slides and repacking them, changing parts on a plane that had already been in service, because I seriously doubt that plane came off the showroom floor and parked until Baltia picked it up.
Look at it how you want to, but had the efforts not been made and if they didn't have to deal with a federal office, I am sure this company would have been in operation many years ago although that does not mean they would have succeeded.
This purchase of songbird was plan B not A, A was to get certified with a recently purchased Kalitta Plane and would have drug on for a while longer.
Either way, I see both sides of the coin and I also feel that they have been shafted along the way, it wasn't until the last mini that the FAA stepped up and said the plane was too old, that should had been the issue some time ago, not this late in the game and the FAA after feeling the heat reversed their last decision.

Seriously, I get your point 100% and agree with allot of the dark side points.
But I know that on both sides of the coin there are professional flippers flipping this stock as well so they gain either way, while many others that didn't know any better about the OTC stocks until they bought in that red is the only color you really ever see when it comes to the OTC, well we just deal with it.
I know that for sure and truthfully they probably don't really owe us an explanation but you never know who may come into a windfall that could buy into the preferred shares and I look at customer service as well, they initially sold a product and should at least appear to stand behind it, I also look at how crappy customer service has gotten on some of the bigger airlines and across all other industries and I would like to think that US Global would be a good customer service company.
Like they say the squeaky wheel gets the grease, my bearings are starting to seize up.

Hell I now have 3 kids in college and for some weird reason money got tight quick lol.
I have faith that they are competent to run things because they have been dealing with aircraft, airports, the FAA & DOT all these years and know the ins & outs and I honestly think they have been trampled on as well, but they keep fighting they just need to realize that they have allot of dedicated honest hardworking shareholders as well.

Actually it is buy high and sell higher in solid companies trending up not down.
As far as bailing out when the price is going down, I think you should dig through the OTC and look at the hundreds of stocks sitting at .000001 yes .000001 zero volume.
I took a possible risk yesterday and sold some of my shares to hopefully buy into what I refer to as a real stock, I still have plenty left but I can't buy back in because of the irresponsibility of this company with their financials, lets be honest zero revenue how difficult could it be to stay current.
In my heart I want this company to succeed because I think the little guys should have a chance and help balance out the current 1 percenters.
This company could offer some communication to help keep the inevitable slide into .000001 from happening. I don't buy the 100% silence, they could at least let us know that they still have a pulse through the company website without disclosing top secret government secrets.
As far as DD the keys on my keyboard are gone, there is only what was there months ago, this is on Tony & Crew 100%, these guys hammering this company can't be proven wrong on too many things because the company we battle with them over gives us zero support to counter their points, it's like point / counter point except there is no counter point in this case.

Whatever you say and I do not recall the letter saying they were unfit to fly, I did see that the extension was halted because they were not pursuing that particular certification.
Truthfully you & I really haven't a clue as to what is going on in the current situation nor the financial situation either, Tony himself put out a $$ amount needed to pursue operations and that wasn't regarding the purchase price of Songbird.
I am frustrated but just can't see this as not being able to be done.

On June 15, 2017, Baltia Air Lines, Inc. dba USGlobal Airways (the “Company”) entered into a non-binding letter of intent with AerLine Holdings LLC (the “LOI”) for the exclusive right to acquire of all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of Songbird Airways, Inc. (“Songbird”) for an aggregate purchase price of $6,200,000 (the “Acquisition”). Pursuant to the terms of the LOI, at the time of closing, Songbird shall be debt free, it shall hold a valid and current air carrier certificate issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (the “FAA”), and it shall hold a valid certificate of public convenience and necessity issued by the Department of Transportation (the “DOT”) to conduct interstate and foreign charter air transportation with up to ten large aircraft. As of June 23, 2017, the Company has made a good-faith deposit of $1,000,000 with a third party escrow agent, which funds shall be fully refundable to the Company in the event that the Company and Songbird do not enter into a formal, definitive purchase agreement.
I am sure I have upset a few longs which I am one of and in 4 years never vented on any message board or even sold a share and buy at ask, I am frustrated as hell.

Sure we all realize that, but a simple "Hello, How you doin, we still have a pulse" would be nice posted on their page and maybe a refresher on what is left to accomplish, like a financial release update and the only reason I want to see that is so trading across the larger brokers would open back up.

The one thing I can say about this stock it is definitely not a pump & dump, I just wished they had deep pockets like Richard Branson but I guess if they did we wouldn't be in the OTC either and below a penny.
I seriously hope that this company gets off the ground, it's nice to see a struggling company succeed instead of the one percenters always walking away with the profits.

I agree with you 110% and as this PPS continues to dwindle down it will make the R/S less effective when done.
I think status updates would help hold some support but for whatever reason they refuse to do anything about it.
I have yet to get a reply on any of the 3 e-mails that I have sent IR and they were basic questions.
For some of us that STOP sign prevents us from possibly taking a profit and buying back in, so those of us have been BBQ'ed while others took advantage.

Where did Nov. 15th come from?
I have yet to see anything from the company stating Nov. 15th, I would have thought there would have been some kind of update on the 31st to put some support on the PPS because the lower it goes the less benefit the R/S will be when done, there is plenty to be done along the way so those announcements would help hold the PPS until actual flight.
If the plane is leased why would the registered owner change?
I would think that would stay the same under a lease.
That is the way I read it, 2 separate deals and that deal with Kalitta is waiting in the wings for early 2018
I think something will come out of it, it may not be the best deal possible but I believe it will come out to the positive side for the company and it's investors.

It goes both ways, the way some see it if they put out reports, PR's etc. they are being accused of pumping the stock for a dump.
