Thanks for the helpful understanding. So at this point it seems like Preferred shares may be the way to play this. Limited upside but still very cheap many I see yielding over 25% current yield assuming they start paying again.

Can someone help me understand here.. after the end of NWS, the price is estimated at roughly $20 (with warrants activated) $100 (with warrants expired) and then fnma must recapitalize with issuing more common shares, is this correct? So really this is a bet on the warrants getting exercised? How many new shares will need to be issued to recapitalize?

They haven't even started talking about this industry on financial news yet. And we still have a 3 weeks until election. Much high from here.

The times are confusing. Did they mean 11pst or mt? I don't see how they would release before the bell unless they release results on Friday after close.

Anybody that tries to predict moves from one day to the next has no idea what they are talking about and should not be taken seriously. This stock could hit .13 and .16 within a couple of hours tomorrow. Nobody knows.

Toms shares were retired after the end of the quarter so they were not updated on the q2 results and won't be updated until later possibly next quarter results.

I think a major misunderstanding you have is that surna sold stocks to the hedgefund at .025 when I believe it was actually toms stock that was sold at that level. He still owns between 1-5% of common shares outstanding according to Bloomberg. The question I have is "does he own 33million preferred stock?" Because then I could understand why he sold his common shares at such a discount.

The hedge fund owning this stock is not a surprise, they had consulted Surna earlier in the year and bought stock on the open market as well. So having them become a major shareholder was a way to get them a seat on the board- a good thing. Also, I had concerns of the Keens leaving Surna (like Tom) when their contracts expired, it would have been a bad sign to me. But now that they are on the board, it seems like they are very positive on the future.

I've done a ton of due diligence and I definitely have questions but I know that this business is not going to be huge overnight. It's going to take a long time but they seem to be doing a lot of things right enough for me to justify a position in this company.
