I do agree that the company needs to address this as soon as possible. We will see how this pans out

2 things here. Maybe it is a misprint. But, why would the document state that the then current CEO, instead of the current CEO?

Also, this is the guy who the case alleges that he impersonated others, and is connected to allegedly falsified documents. Doesn't it stand to reason that he could've just made it up, when referring to the CEO?

I have been taking screenshots of the SS since at least November 2020. It was never updated on a weekly basis. In January, and February, it was updated twice each of those months. In March it was updated once, and once so far this Month

Nothing is "safe". The SEC has been cracking down on stocks that are not current. Though it would not be delisted, it is under the threat of being suspended at any time. Hopefully, some updates come quickly. But, the SEC is making things very uncertain for stocks like this one.

At this point, it feels quite deliberate. Placing hidden asks at lower areas, slowing down any strong upward movement. I thought CDEL/CSTI's movement on this stock was annoying. ASCM's movement on this stock is proving to be worse

This seems to continuously show strength, just to fade later in the day... the daily movement is still trending upward, though. Let's see if there is a big push towards pennies.
