I mean it only added 1 million to market cap. And earnings far outweighed the dilution. I'm not worried at all. Just keep adding to these numbers and Jamestown reopening will add to bottom line. We're good! May even see some movement here.

Exactly, smart money is starting to see the corner that has been turned here. Should be the largest % gainer in OTC by this time next year and could possibly set records. We all know that it has set records for the largest % decline in history of stock exchanges. Now it's game time!

Would be amazing to see some Form-4 filings from today's action. Would make sense in so many ways. No more dilution, stock options for employees retirement plans. Why wouldn't the company pull a smart move like that. Buying on the open market. That alone we give us billion plus trading days for weeks. We'll see.

I think there's things going on behind closed doors that we shareholders don't know about and I wouldn't be surprised to hear. JMO though.

As I've mentioned on here before. Alcohol Addiction Centers (AAC) traded on NYSE and had 1 billion+ market cap by linking themselves with other entities to provide beds to grow their alcohol and drug detox centers, but their management failed. But RNVA on the otherhand is a different beast in the making. #1 they own their properties outright and #2 they converted preferred shares into common. The people that have been here the longest have paid the price of the continuous R/S but we've been patient and our time will come. Today is just the beginning. Lucky for the ones finding this play now. Timing is everything!

Yes it will, took 1 million at .0002 to pitch in. For a company projecting revenue in 2024 to be between 60-100 million with current owned facilities and a 2.9 million market cap that's a 30 bagger. Plus if they acquire any more facilities and you put a 5-10× future earnings with all shorts having covered you got .03-.05 I'll be holding my bag through 2024, better believe it.

Bingo, you got it! My best friend was head of IT for AAC Alcohol Addiction Centers 5+ years ago. They had a 1 billion+ market cap and traded on NYSE, but management failed to deliver. He got out and started his own alcohol and detox facility and sold his stake in the business to pursue other projects. But point is....1 billion is attainable and they need a new reset in this industry. I'm thinking with the purging of debt, reopening of facilities and the fact they own these properties outright, we're sitting at the bottom of this potentially epic turn north.

That's right, and I'm sure of the 29.9 billion OS. There's many shares unaccounted for. How and when will we know the real share structure. When we do know, this will be squeezed.

It seems like from what I've seen, fractional shares are being let go at .000001 Total trades no more than $20, I don't think anyone on this board can say with certainty what that is or means, but I can tell you the length of time I've been here buying 9 million shares for $450 was my best day being a shareholder of RNVA. lol

I was filled for 9 million shared at .00005 it's happened to a few of is here over the past 3 months. We just got lucky.

I can't tell you why, but someone will pay. There's lots of shares unanswered for IMO. But that's why shareholders will win, and win soon.

The goal of the company the past 8 years has been to turn this ship around and they did just that, it will only get better from here. Having 250 Billion AS is fine. They have full control, no worries here.
