I agree there is no company now as far as I can see (they only used money from investors to build the company (stealing) and then went private (created a new corporation using funds from the stock issued to you and me) to form a new private corporation to distance themselves from the publicly traded corporation. MAKES ME THINK I'M IN THE WRONG BUSINESS! But I did buy a lot of shares hoping for a reverse merger which has no happened yet. I am out now but still watching and trying to understand why it still trading at these levels. However, while still being out, a reverse merger is still a possibility as the shell is clean (debt free). I have also noticed several other penny stock spikes in Feb 21...(Pot for ex.) ?????CONFUSED!!!

Yeap! Took public money to build it and then abandoned the original investors. Should that be illegal?

Started with that "FAKE" cannabis reversed merger PR (Nova Scotia) two years ago. Then today's PR on that Canadian based web site I did not know existed. Add the unexplained huge recent volume and you get more questions unanswered...Please call Rennee and verify she did release that PR.

I smell some Canadian influence here. Why?

My theory is that "if" there is a reverse merger is that it will be with a Canadian Company trying to go public. All the signs are there IMHO.

Still, believable but why would they release this through this small time Canadian website? How did they issue press releases before? Things are not adding up. Obviously if there was a pump I did not see it coming (Except volume and price change), and believe me not when I tell you that I have been googling this one every day for the last many years. Why did it go up? WTF is happening? This is why I am still believing that there is an attempt here! JMHO

Maybe I was right about a reverse merger but not sure 100%. I think something is going on. I did sell more than 65% of my position though.

Please post it, I have not seen anything that caused the pump. It would be interesting to know how they did it. I have also noticed today that the firemans-contractors.com and firmanscontractors.com sites are no longer forwarded to the firmanspaving.com site as if trying to distance themselves from these sites.

I believe it will probably go higher also. But at a more steady pace. That would be nice! VERY NICE!

About 10% to get my cash back. I have been buying this stock for 6 years! How many days have you been buying this stock? I would think that my strategy is working so far. Maybe slow but still working. However, I am done selling and my risk is now 0. Now I can sleep an night and hopefully this will go to 0.01. Think about that for a minute.

It goes deeper IMHO...I have posting a few times over the last few years about someone trying to accumulate shares in large blocks once or twice a year. Look at a 5 year chart and notice the huge spikes in volume once or twice a year. Volume was insane. Looks like they got to a point that they could no longer get the cheap shares fast enough. As the company shares were not registered, there were no needs for fillings 13Ds. This has been going on for years and this is why I have been accumulating also. Look at my posts over the last 4-5 years and you will see what I mean. I don't know who else has been accumulating but I have suggested a reverse merger in the past. Whatever it is it might be unexpected. Any theories out here?

They may be forced to file again. They were able to de-register the shares years ago because they could show that there were less than 100 share holders on record. Looking at the traffic on this board, I am thinking that there might be more than 300 share holders now. If this is the case, fillings will have to follow and company will have to come out of the dark.

Sorry about today and yesterday, let me explain...
Some of you may know that I have accumulated more than half of the float of FRCN over the last approx. 6 years or so. Most at 0.0001 and 0.0002. My cost basis according to my brokerage statement is about $50K. So I have sold enough shares so far (last two days) for about $35K. I expect to sell another $15K over the next two weeks. Considering I have been holding for this many years I hope you understand. I know doingfine would agree. I trade a lot of stocks but never held one that long (Except REX Diamonds, Toronto). I have never talked to Renee or Arron, but I do believe that there is something huge behind the scene. Some of it beginning to surface now on the internet. Pucha (my dog's name)

You mean 13F. It's in a 401K. Even if FRCN is not reporting, it's up to the institutional investment manager to file if required. I could buy 100% without needing to file anything IMHO. Correct me if I am wrong.
