Hell, it amazes me the thing is still open and traded at all. I guess the only reason I hold on to the few million shares I have is because they are already worthless...so who knows? Anything can happen, I guess, and maybe something happens down the road?
I wonder who the majority shareholder is and if maybe they can come up with something to do with it? So far as I know there is no management, no headquarters, no product, no nothing. You know, do a Warren Buffet move or something.
Hell, you can have the whole thing for $3,400. lol
That is absolutely false. Thousands of legitimate penny companies, and some are even huge names.
I would like to see 2 cents. But on what basis? What makes the share price worth 2 cents in your assessment? Just curious.
We don't have any product, we don't have any revenue, not even sure if we have a "company." So, not bashing the company (I am long and have been a long time). Just trying to figure out where we believe the "value" is derived from?
I agree, but I also think we need news for that to happen. Not sure if a breakout happens if this is essentially a business with no business right now.
And that's not a bash. Just a fact. I am long DKAM and have been for a very long time. So, I want to see something happen as much as anyone since it's essentially also been dead money for a very long time.
But no company = no revenue = no valuation to determine a viable share price = we can't just make money out of nothing. IMO.
Looking to be a better than 10-day average on the volume... but all sells. Hmmm. lol
I am looking forward to the party too. If and when it comes. But I am wondering...
ON WHAT INFO? Obviously there isn't any, but surely someone must have SOME idea since I hear a lot of speculation but not much else.
Just curious anyone's thoughts.
DKAM IS SETTING UP WITH NEW PRODUCTS IN JUNE W/SALES >>>> THIS BEAST IS DUE FOR BREAKOUT WITH THIN FLOAT >>> $EASY .01+
How do we know this? Just curious.
It is part of the reason I have never sold the few million shares I still have. It's a long shot bet with money I don't miss.
I think we'd all like to know what, if anything, is going on behind the scenes. I have not sold my shares having written this thing off years ago. But I certainly would not buy into hope either.
There is no real value to this company anymore, so the only "behind the scenes" goings on would be a private company that wants to go public without all the hurdles.
Until or unless there is something tangible here, I think this stock is doing exactly what I would expect a stock to do that is basically just a ticker symbol with no products, revenue, or anything attached to it.
Not knocking it. Just observing the obvious. Or at least what is obvious to me.
I just keep trying to wrap my head around who might be interested and to what end? I've held my shares worthless to this point, might as well see if it's still worthless or worth something. lol
Wrote this off years ago.
On what news will this drive up to a penny?
10 years ago I was in it for a reason too. I am only in it now because the stock never dissolved and I did not need the losses, so I just held it worthless.
I will be here. Not going anywhere. Held my shares at a loss for so long I literally have nothing to lose. I'd already written this off mentally long ago. lol
...and reality seems to be settling in. lol
I keep hoping to get a hint of what, if anything, the RM could be. Not poopooing. Just trying to keep it real. A lot of conjecture, but backed up by what has been my question since this started its recent run.
But what are they (NBEV) buying and what would be the interest I wonder?
I truly hope that is true, and look forward to any interesting developments here. Just wish I knew what the heck it was. lol
SPACs are hot right now, and shell companies are their target.
I don't disagree with that either. So, who's coming? That's what I have been trying to figure out. Right now no news, so it's all just a guess. I would love to see it. But I would even more like to see some news.
I don't disagree with your premise. Of course stocks have risks. But with most stocks you also have a management team, products, distribution, a sales force...
Oh yeah...and things like revenues and profits for which you can put a number on something that is measurable.
A shell company is basically a dead company, and valuing it is next to impossible. It is, as well, a far more risky bet since you aren't really betting on anything tangible. Just hope.
Not knocking the stock, just trying to keep things in a bit of perspective. We're talking about this like its a company with something to show for ANY valuation of the underlying stock. Technically, barring anything happening we don't know about, this stock should be completely worthless.
I just want to know, what do we have here? What's to hold onto and why? We all know we're not trading a company because there isn't one of course. Until we know the WHAT I am not sure we can rest assured there IS upside. It's all a guess right now. There's nothing to support the price now, and nothing to support a rising price later...
UNLESS a reverse merger becomes a possibility. But we have no indication of that happening or even being in the works.
Like I said, I have already accepted my losses. So I will hold it and wait and see if anything happens. But I am not sure there are any real legs on this without something solid to tell me it HAS legs.
Valuations have to be based on something. And right now there is nothing to base a valuation on.
Oh. No. I definitely am familiar and understand that, and I have heard a few around here chattering about maybe a pot or crypto company. I agree a reverse merger is really the ONLY thing that brings any value to the table, especially depending on who the private buyer is.
Was just simply pointing out that unless there IS something in the works, really all the bump is is something other than "real," and until we know what the story is, I'd be cautionary about adding shares.
Being that I have held this stock worthless for so long, I have already chalked up my initial investment as a total loss...
So, if it does something now? Spectacular. If it falls back down and becomes worthless again? No sleep lost. It was a fun ride while it lasted.
Part of the issue is that DKAM has no rights to the product. They also have no manufacturing facilities. In fact, they have no business at all. lol
A reverse merger sounds like an interesting proposition, unless they lock us to prevent dumping. But we'll see. This is all just speculation right now and I am not convinced anyone really knows what is going on here.
But let's hope WHATEVER it is, it's good.
The thought of being at .90 or $1.90 makes me salivate. Not getting my hopes up. But I have held this thing for so long worthless, I am just enjoying the thrill of seeing it do SOMETHING.
But on what? lol. I mean, I am not complaining. But the fact that no one seems to know why it's going up means to me it might go back down to reality.
Maybe. Who knows?
I remember when some thought this might be a potential buyout play from Pepsi or Coca-Cola. lol. I never thought the product was ever unique enough to catch the attention of those guys...
But I still own the stock, worthless though it may be.
I hope you are right, and it continues to go even higher than that. Been sitting on dead money for a very long time.
But I still am at a loss as to the catalyst. I have seen no news, and so far as I know we have no products/revenue, and not even sure if this is an active business anymore.
What's the deal?
Just wondering where anyone can find news about crypto/pot for this stock? I have looked everywhere and can't find a thing. But certainly there is recent interest in the stock, and I am just curious as hell what's driving that.
Any links?
I mean, company has no products, no headquarters and just seems dead in the water. So, with that I am trying to understand the activity on a stock I have held worthless for years that is suddenly making a turn.
Who the hell is going to buy us? Can't even find half of their products in any of the stores I shop at and while see all kinds of coconut water, I don't see Pulse's. Still holding, but unless this product line shows some buzz and excitement (like, say, Vitamin Water did) I see no major beverage company that will want anything to do with this company...unless I am missing something here.
Still, this recent activity and runup is a bit mysterious. Still don't have a clue what's driving it. No news, no reported earnings, no filings, and we still don't really know the true status of IronRidge. I'll take whatever gains I can get obviously, but until any of the above changes I am not sure what the true story is or where we go from here.
Hell, I am definitely with you. In this bad boy for 0.006 so any of these moves is at least somewhat fun to look at. But something tells me 0.001 may be just a bit optimistic by the end of March. But we'll see.
Not sure what the point would be to buy in at .01. The chances it would drop into the dreadful point zero, zeroes would seem more likely than rising back into positive territory.
I think the key here is still Ironridge who keep diluting the stock. If we can't get them off our backs there's nothing the stock is going to do but sit still. BUT, I have tried several times to get a gage of CMM revenues among other things, and I can't seem to get an answer.
Haven't popped the question their way, but perhaps I should. It doesn't guarantee anyone will have interest in the stock. But I do know there are many retail investors who like to own what they like.
Hell. Why not just put the ticker symbol right on the can or bottle? I know a company, SNAK, did this back when they were Poore Brothers.
I like this. I remember a small company I owned several years back, then called Poore Brothers which is now Inventure Foods. One of the major inroads they made, besides securing great licensed product deals such as with TGIF early on, was in convenience stores and in vending machines. Convenience stores, IMO, are a great place to "introduce" your product and create demand that can spill into more secure placement of product in bigger stores.
Thanks. Glad to be here and to see some positive and useful commentary here. Too often boards like this become just a place for naysayers and bashers.
