Vish - time will tell what the company will do. the same people that complained about the company a couple of years ago where still complaining when the company hit above .50 per share. shares of the stock where going to be lost in BK and on and on. yet they survived.

Things don't look great right now but time will tell one way or another. I'm not pumping or bashing but just seeing what happens for this stock and company.

Your "alleged" is wrong as it was based on something from the SEC and it was not alleged about the filings.

The "temporary" was because of the filings.

Two separate issues

I don't know the reason but I'll wait for the information to come to light. Is the stock dead you can speculate and add advice. Maybe it is and maybe its not but time will tell like all things.

Either way its not very good but time will dictate the outcome.

I still stand that its all a gamble with stocks down here. They are a penny stock for a reason

Temporary Suspension not good but I have a question for anyone out there. I read this as being separate from the recent SEC allegations. If I read this correctly, its for lack of filings and its temporary till Sept 11th. I doubt that they could happen that quickly but what would happen if they do catch up in filings or how far do they need to catch up to be compliant with the SEC. While not good for the stock if they are forced to catch up with filings and the comply how is that completely bad- again lots of speculation but .... only time will tell-

Everything that's being said is a charge or ALLEGES- Not sure where most of the board is from but in the USA everyone is suppose to be given their due process.

SEC- is going after him, which is not a good thing (I will admit that) but they are also going after him for something at that's six years ago.

I agree and I think the main point as of now is that he has been charged but not found guilty. Lets see how it plays out. If found guilty still don't know if there is any ramification to QSGI.

Like everything else - must wait for everything to play out- speculation doesn't count.

I guess the same could said about the people who stay in tune with a company that they feel no hope can come of it.

From my understanding they are in business. Agree with you, it would be nice for some information from the company aside from the email blast.

On the filings- they definitely need to get caught up and my guess would be closer the end of the year. I'm not saying it will happen - could be wrong or I could be right. Either way time will tell

I disagree- its buyers and sellers which allows the churning and consolidation of a stock.

Todays- news is nice but the real value and the real news will be in the financials which will show the share structure along with the work they are receiving.

how was it a scam- not sure what everyone thought was coming out. It was about the franchise- they mentioned another one coming. People looking for a quick hit then exit out. They are still working and the financials should reflect it.

I think this great news for the investors that can see the long term aspect of the company- for the short/flippers and impatience it does very little imo. The company is showing the growth
