What is Synergy? This name reference comes up here and there, on this board. Just what is this entity, and what's its claim to fame? I attempted to do my DD on this “MacGuffin”, but was unable to find any meaningful information on it. So, my board birddogs, do you have anything on this enigma?

Something is very wrong here, no one is really trying to promote and, in a real way, sell this product. Why? How will anything sell if its existence is essentially unknown. There are products being advertised practically every day (on TV), which touts their prowess in some area of pain management. Some of these products and the companies who produced them, for sure, wouldn't know a clinical research study (blind study, let alone an FDA clearance) if one would walk up to them and kiss 'em. But they are selling stuff all over the place, go figure! Wait, let's not go figure, Go Advertise. This is the craziest thing I've chanced to bear witness. I rarely keep tabs on this board because of the frustration quotient that goes along with it. My Word!

If my recollection serves me well, it's reported that RecoveryRx accelerates post-surgery healing time pretty close to 50%. If yours-truly is incorrect as per my previous statement, then please someone provide the correction. But, if indeed my statement is correct, and apparently BIEL is unable to sell this product, then something is terribly wrong. Some serious questions need to be asked of BIEL's management.

"300 trained sales reps", is that a verifiable fact? If that statement is indeed true, then in my opinion, BIEL is not getting its money's worth. Thus, I would venture to posit that 99.999999999999% of the general public doesn't know, figurately speaking, that BIEL's wares exist. For instance, if someone can advertise and sell "Socks", "Untucked Shirts" (let alone Pillows and Pet Rocks), and make millions, then it seems, IMO, inscrutable that a product such as Actipatch, et al. would fare so poorly on the market. Now that it seems BIEL is on its way to being officially classified as a defuncted business concern, I'm lifting my self-imposed banishment from this board. As a "Long" I feel, I should give myself the opportunity to voice a few opinions before the proverbial "Doors" are closed for good. I will start by posing this question to the BIEL community. Why was this company allowed to crash and burn? Look! having a clinically tested product (yeah, FDA approved), and one of those products, at present, was reported/purported to reduce post-surgery healing time up to 50% (I think I read that somewhere). Folks, if the aforementioned is true, that's a Big Deal, and you can't successfully market that product. That one product along should be "Banking" for BIEL. C'mon folks, something is seriously wrong in proverbial Denmark. There should be some kind of investigation invoked to shed some sunshine upon this terrible debacle. This whole thing is thoroughly ridiculous!!

I don't think I stated or implied that packaging was the crux of BIEL's problems. I was just pointing out a very superficial marketing adjustment which, IMHO, BIEL should make. I guess one could say the aforementioned, is a BIEL pet peeve of mine. Now, as per my estimation, I've been posting on this board for a qualifying amount of time, as it were. What relationship does this SerenaGroup® entity has with BIEL? There are numerous companies performing great work within the Pain Management space. So, forgive me if I'm missing the point of associating BIEL with the aforementioned company. IMHO, there's no need to grasp at straws in hopes of identifying a savior for BIEL's success. IMO, most of us on this board, who have been paying attention, at all, are reasonably familiar with BIEL's Inter-Organizational Relationships (IOR). IMHO, it’s not helpful to make excuses why this product is not being advertised. What is being delineated herein, is not meant to criticize, no, far from it. But is meant to beg the question; why this exceptional product isn't being advertised, aggressively pushed, by some member within their IOR structure? Don't care who, just somebody please advertise! If that's not a reasonable, let alone obvious question, then somebody please explain why it isn't.
