Wrong, it's a contract for 300 stores, any real company doesn't deploy to every location at once, usually main hubs first and then test runs in random sites to narrow down best market.

Especially with something like personal bottle water.

Who knows how that contract is worded, it could have started with 20. And then slowly builds to 300, or it could do 40-80 at a time testing vanguards different locations for best target audience for sales.

They have stores all over the country.

The simple fact is. They still have clients in America.

That being said i myself stopped posting because only 4-5 people use this forum and they all have a very certain view point set on this already.

Of course, and yes and no on the deadline.


It is, however an OTC pink company only has to do a report once a year technically.


That being said, once the fins' are in order / redone / complete type of thing, we should go right back to the normal Q's and yearly that boreal has been doing i believe.


My understanding from the 8k's and the SEC filing against the previous auditor, is that.

Boreal had to get an official response from the SEC in regards to the one filing that he made that wasnt included in the SEC suit against him. I believe this is why it took /taking so long.

If they had tossed out every single report he did for 3 years, it would be an entirely different set of filings / reports needed i believe, because OTC companies have to report once a year, and there is also seperate rules regarding failing to do that for x amount of time (which if they toss out the previous years then it can hit into the time frame).

From what i have read, if a company does not report financials (im assuming if the SEC rules against previous ones it falls under this also) but after a 1 year of no report the SEC can request / take action type of thing delist them down or whatnot.

But If there are no financial updates in 3 years i believe (i was looking up finra / sec rules a while back when i read into the auditor getting charged initially) after a certain time frame investors can actually call and request any financial information in regard to the company since it is not publically posted, however publically traded.


I think they had to clear up the fact that the SEC included all his reports in the charge, except the one which kept them within the 1 year time frame and current essentially for an OTC stock.


From what i have gathered, the fins should be fairly soon / soon ish. (i believe earlier on Francine and Vivian both were under the impression they were ready, but there most likely is some added forms and things that need filed to ammend and redo / count up for the ones that got tossed out aswell.


Also from what i have gathered, the deal is moving along fine, again she thought and hoped it would be finalized and signed earlier, but apparently dragging out, anyone in business can understand any major talks or deals can and do take time as well as verification from lawyers and things of that sort and ammendments and updates till its signed and done.



From what i have gathered on the phone / in the DD i have done online which has been fairly extensive with a fellow friend who is invested here, im perfectly fine and sleeping easy here.

We had a spike up to 12-13 range for a while, but looks like those people who spiked it up got bored or decided to take profit out.


Which puts us here again,

Bottom has been more or less determined here for months, at 6-7-8 ranges.


Tend to have many bounces into the 9-10-11-12 ranges aswell.


The shares however are pretty solid locked up, with a few hundred million appearing available more or less around the 7-12 ranges.

(last time we hit 12 there was not much on the ask at all for weeks) which means there really isnt to much not locked up.

If you simply look back, the last couple years and the case against him.

It stated he never did an audit himself, he simply bounced off old numbers. which means for 3 years nothing new got added in at all.


And weve had quite a few contracts in the last few years....

Some people also, myself included whenever i trade anything in OTC that i want to keep an eye on later aka months down the road. I sell all but 1-10 shares of it, just so it stays in my account list and i get to watch it change day to day.


I change around the stupid watch list to much lol.


So some people can hold less then 100 shares, some people 100k / 200k / 1 m / 10m etc etc.


Pretty irrelavent.


You can watch it trade on level 2, there is not much available.

And considering it went from 0006 what ? 2 or 3 weeks ago now. to where it is now.


Most people arent even after 100% gain here. So its still thin.

And of course no dilution, which is obvious as hell if you watch level 2 ;)


WE are beyond golden here.


A few million in rev's will shoot this sucker up.


I have a feeling this is on a couple thousand watch lists by now.

Yep, A few people have spoke with her in the last couple days. Thats why i stickied it when he posted that.


Its coming this week / next week.


And shes told a couple of us, that it seemed the deal was done / about done type of thing. and hinted that she hoped it could be PR'd around the same time as the fins when they get posted up.


So hopefully by next week we get to see the start of the bigger picture here.


The vanguard deal should be netting a couple million a year.

They still have Wataah / Fred / and others aswell.


I think we are in an extremely good spot.


Plus current market cap still under asset value. let alone anything showing on fins.

So thin, this float is almost locked up entirely.


Keep exchanging like 500k's and occasional 1 mil between 10/11/12 the last few days.


But essentially nothing there anymore.


Which means only up.
