People have their reasons but I couldn't imagine selling here, and I'm a bit surprised SP isn't higher. Any company coming in will be big enough to benefit from $72 million in NOL's, or most of them, and that's worth much more than $.016/sh anyway you slice it. In my opinion of course.
More and more will get weeded out the higher we go. There are major catalysts coming
True dat. CJ's Twitter post is the reason I'm here
Time to push it

Same to you and all!
You're right, it isn't up 30%, 40% or 50%. It's up 1416% since then. Have a great day everyone!
The good old days lol. Watch for some volatility today friend, buy the dips!
Thanks Valbee0521, gave you a follow friend!

My mistake, it looked like you were quoting a tweet from Greg to prove that William Doyle somehow lied about people investing in Vystar. Nevermind then.
Didn't ask about Greg bruh.
Could you show us where he said that $20 million went solely for R&D? Tia
Gotta love anonymous message boards
Here's the guy who conducted testing of the RXAir units:
That's probably close to the truth, but not enough documented yet to know.
It's not an assumption. Recently started a job that's keeping me too busy, I'll try to post what I have in the next few days. Glta
He was paid according to court documents, the disagreement is over how much he thinks he is owed. And Mr Maas didn't keep track of his hours according to the cross complaint. He's trying pretty hard to get some shares out this imo.
For this board maybe. For the company? No.
Is that right. Anyone can sue for anything in this country and it makes no difference if it's a message board member's opinion of a 'quality' company. Sheesh
My opinions only: It's hard to find anything concrete from Alemeda County CA. without paying over $100 to see documents I'm not interested in as it appears to be frivolous from the get go. This will be filed in District court next - I'm assuming the Northern District of Cali where it will be easier to see exactly what is substantial and what isn't.
The board members are listed due to the jurisdictional issue of filing in Alemeda County (the members are from Georgia, Mass., California, India, etc. is the argument given as the reason to file in Alemeda County CA).
The whole thing appears to be a simple wage issue where Eric Maas doesn't think he was paid what he was owed by Blue Oar Consulting/Vystar which is why Greg is involved.
The fraud entry claims the whole of VYST conspired to lower the stock price so they wouldn't have to pay this single vendor as much as he was owed. The lawyers disagree and two counter claims were filed, one disputing the issues and one to remove Dr. Matthan from the suit.
Greg's counter claim is saying Mr. Maas isn't showing proof of his hours worked or proof that he is actually owed the amount claimed.
Again IMO only, if Mr. Maas signed a contract agreeing to work as an independent contractor (which he did) and agreed to be compensated in whole or in part with shares of the company (also undisputed) then there probably isn't much of case here.
You'll need to do some DD to see verification.
Apparently the whole thing has been removed to District Court, I'm assuming the Northern District of CA. It appears to be a wage issue where Maas wasn't paid what he thinks he was owed. There are a lot of condradictory entries, like his contract states he was employed as a contract worker but then goes on to claim he wasn't on contract, he was an employee and entitled to be compensated as an employee. Later he claims he was paid in stock but Steve Rotman somehow fraudulently conspired to lower the stock price so Maas wouldn't get paid the amount he was due. And he sued Greg Rotman and Blue Oar but then lists Steve Rotman and the entire VYST board of directors.
So I'm not sure about the merits of the case but it looks like Maas and his attorneys are throwing whatever they can at them to see what sticks. There is also a counterclaim by Greg Rotman and also by Dr. Matthan to remove himself as a defendant. I have a feeling Mr. Maas isn't happy with what his portfolio is worth at the moment - kind of like the rest of us lol.
I do not see where a protection order was granted, could you point me in that direction?
TDA will, not sure about restrictions: https://www.tdameritrade.com/retail-en_us/resources/pdf/TDA100557.pdf
Interactive brokers does too: https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/software/am/am/funding/drs_transfers.htm
Agreed turn144. John Durham is no political lackey. He's been tapped for investigations under 4 administrations - Clinton, Bush, Obama and Trump, and got information from inside both the CIA and the FBI. He help convict former FBI agent John Connally Jr. who was basically acting with the FBI's blessing at that time. This thoroughly embarrassed the Clinton administration because their own Janet Reno appointed Durham lol.
In that case, the Dems tapped him to investigate how Bulger remained free for so long thinking it was somehow Republican shenanigans only to find out the root cause was an incompetent and corrupt FBI operating under a Democrat administration.
So yeah this will be fun watch.
It's fun watching the weird directions his speeches go, like a bad mixtape or something. Let's put 'You Light Up My Life' right after 'Thunderstruck' O-o
Yeah where did that come from? I'm trying to remember the last time I heard someone say 'Corn Pops'. I used to love them but they don't come up in conversation pretty much ever.
He's probably trying to sound in touch with the common man and real 'down home' ish. That's wide open to interpretation tho lol. Talk about a disjointed thought process.
Lol 'He watched the hair on my leg' what the absolute hell. Just nod and smile boys lol.
A little light reading this morning from the NY Times:
Glad to be here and thanks for the invite SGW! I've done some work for my brother who's been our county Republican Committee Chairman for a spell so you might say it's in my blood. Great to be here and looking forward to 2020!
Most maybe, but not all. My first batch of many filled Oct 2018.
Yes. Or have sold.
He does play loose with the facts, that's for sure. Most don't believe the tweets and he's damaging investor confidence. I would rather that department get farmed out to people that know the job, focusing on relating to investors lol. Timelines aside, there's a lot in the pipeline in my opinion and some very smart people have a lot invested here. If you follow smart people good things usually follow.
