My issue is the ability to sell the saphyr. We know there is only 2500 potential labs. Seems like a one and done sales route. Unless they can find recurring revenue their only real long term hope is a buyout.

We already know Rontan and GDSI had always planned on breaking off the deal. GDSI brings nothing to the table by buying a Brazilian company. NACSV was their attempt but that is out of business. No other reason to agree on a 15% break off fee.

GDSI would have went under so fast taking a 26m loan to buy a failing company. They wouldn’t have ever paid off the debt. Rontan just wanted to spice up the deal with other REAL investors. They never showed and he we are

With how predictable this stock is, selling shares wouldn’t be a bad idea. I see you here enough to know you are watching it everyday. I know it’s cliché, but sell high and buy low and just increase your share count without increasing your initial investment. It’s easy to do on the OTC. That’s my 2 cents for you

The everyday trader is very significant. Bag holders are the ones that get screwed. That’s why everyone says bag holders belong at Walmart. Still people are stupid and never sell any shares
