Well...the conference was done yesterday. Hoping we get some kind of update. I saw Brian Gartland Entertainment remove HAD from the Web site. I am thinking they got fired. Maybe they have another advertisement firm in the vision. Still holding here.

On the nature of the business section of the annual report, why didn't they talk about more:

"On February 28, 2023, the Company completed the acquisition of Wyoming-based Marketing Worldwide Media LLC ('MWML'), which becomes a wholly­owned subsidiary. The consideration paid was the issuance of 400,000 shares of Series E Preferred Stock, which convert into 40,000,000 shares of common stock. The management also shares in 35% of future profits. As part of this transaction, the Company retains the services of Robert Blagman, who ha over 30 years of experience in network sales, communications and management. The expectation is that MWML will generate revenues from ad sales aired on any number of networks contracted.

On March 15, 2023, the Company announced that it was starting the process of developing a live late night televisions series titled 'Hollywood After Dark'. In Live TV for Hollywood After Dark the company is investing resources and time into possible PPV Events."

I think there is a chance this will be announced as part of another show on the airing network. Does this sound possible? Similar to the way Dancing with the Stars On Tour (Hosted by Emma Slater) was announced on Dancing with the Stars.

Well at least I was able to pickup more 2s. Still holding and will keep loading at these levels. Glad news is not out yet. I would like to buy at least one more week. Just a matter of time before the news hits and then we will not be able to hold it back.

That was expected with the AS increase from 4.5B to 6.5B. The key I was pointing out was showing no increase from 9/16 to 10/16 which was to new information. The OS increase before 9/16 was know information.

Just did some research. Restricted did not change from 9/16 to 10/16

I am not sure. I only know the AS from 2021 to 2022 to present went from 10.5B to 4.5B back to 6.5B currently.
