I checked trademark status myself and it says: Abandoned, Failure to Respond, or Late Response. Given the way Burchill does business let's give them the benefit of doubt and go with the Late Response which would leave it retrievable.

Excellent Mr. Eddie, I think this has all the right stuff too. I've sent numerous emails to them, a couple of different addresses but never heard a word back from them. Shouldn't be surprised cuz I've never had great luck getting responses from many companies. This one in particular intrigues me cuz they have a test facility about 40 miles from where I live. It's close enough I could run up for a looksy, if they'd just tell me where they are LOL!!!!
