I am looking for more dilution that takes this back down into the trips. I see the OS now sets over 3B. Watch it slowly climb toward 5.6B, A boat load of convertible debt still remains.
To me, not knowing the history here well, looked promising in the beginning with this management change. I later began connecting the dots of this operation. I took my profits and bailed, GLTA
Its like management is weaving a big spider web and waiting on investors to get caught up in it.
They did: "Addressing Shareholder Concerns: No Reverse Stock Split in the Immediate Future"
The questions is, What is their definition of immediate future?
This is what we are currently dealing with IMO:
"According to the company's prior filings, Mast Hill holds a substantial amount of convertible debt. We will schedule a conference call with Mast Hill to gain a deeper understanding of their intentions, keep shareholders fully informed about their holdings, holding periods, and any conversion timelines."
They failed to mention all of RC notes. They both are more than likely the reason for the significant drop in share price, JMO
I might, but will wait and see if they dilute this back to the trips before I do. GLTA
Yes they do, its shares. Full dilution mode at this point.
For some reason they sent the PR just using IHNW? Why not other media outlets?
Expecting another acquisition announcement from KG by EOM according to the latest PR. New management has been active since taking over. Biggest move they have made to date is this Joint venture and hopefully getting the manufacturing of their KG product rolling. JMO
So do you know much about Lena Brewing? Looks like they will be the manufacturer of KG product
They are in a rebuilding phase currently
New management, new business strategy
Who in here is familiar with Apple Rush (APRU) and Lena Brewing? Looks like a joint venture has been established. Maybe they get this manufacturing of KG beverage rolling now?
Joint venture with APRU Apple Rush and Lena Brewing
Can you explain what was nasty about that 8K filing? The dilution may be coming, but it wont be until December of this year and Sept of 2025 from what I read. Maybe I am misinterpreting.
I took a profit and am riding free shares, but I will not ride these shares back to the trips. I will only reload there if these toxic lenders, yes including you RC, take this back down to trip 1 and 2.
"Addressing Shareholder Concerns: No Reverse Stock Split in the Immediate Future" I guess we need to know their definition of "immediate future"
I agree that no company is going to acquire KG. At least until they flush these toxic notes and steer clear of future toxic notes and start strengthening the balance sheet with actual net profit.
I want to see the financials on Covert LLC. How much debt they have acquired and how much net profit, if any, they are generating. Same with any other copmpany they actually do acquire.
A lot of "Gray" area to sift through here.
"We are currently in negotiations with a company that is experiencing solid growth, has a great revenue stream, and an experienced team in their market." Any guesses as to what market this company is in? Maybe: Beer / wine / liquor? Food?
Working to close the transaction by EOM. Interesting
DILUTION
Get the notes out of the way and hopefully steer clear of toxic debt moving forward
Dilution gone wild
Exactly. Talk is cheap, we will see that reflected in the share price eventually, JMO
The company paid almost $1M in interest. I dont think the debt holders care that much about the share price. Insiders should, especially RC. He may not be listed as an insider, but with all the shares he still holds he unofficially is a big part of this operation IMO.
I hope this new management team aren't just RC puppets.
I am holding. I bought a few million shares while at a premium discount.
I am learning about this company from you all that have been around KG a few years now, respect and appreciate the input.
They need to get in gear, if they want to even come close to 2023 revenues. Maybe with Covert LLC and KG combined they might at least match 2023 revenues.
I agree the sophisticated jargon is eye popping, but what we need more than that is action. The fancy word jargon will not increase value. Hopefully they do not keep pushing target dates further and further out.
Skimming over annual report. Looks like Mast Hill owns this company and RC still has plenty of interest here. JMO
Do they already have their drinks on the shelves again? We need specifics on the new product launch
I emailed a question about the timing of the Annual report and I was told they anticipated having out by EOM. Obviously that didn't happen, so maybe we see it by end of this week.
This was their response to one of a few questions I had a couple weeks ago.
"Regarding the filing of the Annual Report, we are diligently working to ensure its completion and submission by the end of this month. We understand the importance of timely and transparent communication with our shareholders and are committed to maintaining our reporting schedule."
Just my guess, we will not see audited FY 2023 fins until around late April to mid May. We will not see a Artizen Spin off until late Sept to mid Oct this year. Could very well be spring of 2025. Hopefully this plan doesn't "go up in smoke" pun intended.
I believe they need to get their balance sheet cleaned up before any company such as those would even entertain the thought of a buyout.
Speaking of balance sheets, we need to see the Annual report filed this week.
Well, I actually agree with you on that one. Time for action first then PR's. Right now it just seems like a pump campaign.
I still am hoping this new management team can make it happen, just a waiting game. Right now there is a boat load of debt to unload and I think they are doing it now, but without destroying the PPS. JMO
I definitely believe there is plenty of interest here. Just a matter of the share price folks are wanting to pay to either accumulate or take an initial position. Then there is those with severe KG indigestion, from buying when this was well above $.01
I can relate as my portfolio is in a deep red state from the beating I took last year.
Expect to see the annual report this week. KG
Yep, that is a big difference.
Congrats, I bought in @ $.0008 so I didn't need to sell many shares to recoup my initial investment. No reason to sell now. If we drop back to $.002 or lower, I will accumulate. GLTA
Maybe we could ask the new Marketing director? 🤣🤣🤣
Seriously, what is up with that hire????????
At least the company is following through on their PR and pumping unsubstantiated BS, that never come to fruition, like many do.
I will be interested in seeing how they used the $$$ from the sale of oo la la la la lemon. Around $500K, I believe is what they got from the sale. Hopefully paid on debt and did not line insider pockets. Annual report due out within the next 7 business days
Has KG ever sold coffee? That could be a lucrative market to get in. Packaging K-cups, they are a huge seller, just for the convenience alone IMO
I doubt it. We could see penny land but it sure wont be next week, lol. We would need some jaw dropping, earth shattering news and some very deep pockets. As of now, the trend has been to stack the ask with $60K and $70K blocks to load shares from the bid at the lowest price possible.
What I am curious to see, is if those $60K and $70K ask walls pop up again, if and when we do begin a climb back up.
I would not object to this dropping back down to trips again as I am certain many here wouldn't either.
