Hi there. Is there a limit to how much a company can dilute? If so, is it based on dollar amount or share count? Is it a per quarter limit or a per year limit? Any other details you can share on dilution of this nature would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

1) the float is unchanged, so there goes your whole share selling argument. Show me proof of dilution and then we can talk.

2) plenty of companies do paid promotions just to bring awareness to the stock and it's products, which may or may not have happened, because there hasn't been any proof of it.
