2 problems
1st is earning report for 4th quarter is always 3-4 months after the quarter,were as 1st 2nd 3rd is with in 30 days
So we have a quite period going on ,could be late April till we get the 4th quarter report
2nd issue is co being pr quite

We could find out in May when all is do,and doesn't come .that all is not well.while we knew about it all along since beginning of year , only it took 5 months to finally realize, what HAD happened
