Hope everyone had a great summer!
So glad to be back home and can watch daily now ... I have a good feeling about 3rd & 4th quarters. Current prices were too tempting to not grab a few more.
Been trying scan GE & Honeywell articles for updates but to no avail ... can't help but feel like we are in a good type of "hush hush" situation though, but I am bias lol
Good luck everyone!
Well... that's what I get for talking about the bid lol
Something definitely up.
Either all of the original traders have sold out their positions as they were not fans of the reverse split so now we have the volume I was expecting ... or someone knows something we do not. Bid has been surprisingly resilient even at this lower volume level. VERT sitting on ask is no help though ... would need buying pressure to force them short.
Hard to say ... looks like volume may be drying up until next PR
Crazy, wish you the best of luck!
Am I the only one that has been impressed with volume so far? Much higher than I expected post split
If only we could live in 2009 forever...
Is this a joke SGLB post?
You claim to have lost $26k ... but say you plan on "buying back in" at lower price which only concludes you cashed in on your $26k loss (paper loss is much different from an actual loss).
After saying you will buy back in you further imply that management will most likely dilute the stock by adding more shares "for their benefit" which really doesn't sound like a good motive to buy-in....
So to confirm: you invested ~$40-50k in a penny stock, cashed-in on a $26k loss, and now plan to buy more because you believe the management will possibly dilute the stock for their own benefit? No faith in management then why invest? Judging from your posts you should of starting buying Sigma in the .04's ... so how on Earth did you take a $26k L?!
Base forming @ $5
$SGLBD ... GLTA
Next week is what I am looking forward too ... new MMs popping up on L2 randomly through out the day. I think SGLB might finally be getting its larger audience (not implying they are all buyers).
At the beginning of a long and prosperous road, but all roads have their pot holes.
Thank you for clarify what is and what was not truth. Much appreciated.
Yea, I didn't even expect volume to be up so quickly either. Looks like all accounts open for trading post-split.
So crazy buys are rolling in like they are ... I guess Mr. Cola actually had a post-split plan line up. Who would of guessed lol
Great post! We gotta still look at things pre-split ... only @ .06 cents, we gotta plenty of room to run.
Kudos to you for thinking this board has that large of a stake in SGLBD collectively. Always feels good when people think highly of you.
Well look at this ... trading green after the RS.
Maybe Mr. Cola had a plan all along ... ty Rockville
Yea you say that, but you seem to forget that they already received $3.5MM for shares 3 years ago before all of this progress. You say it's impossible to raise $6MM in share holder equity and I laugh at your silly notions.
Mr. Cola has a plan, if you don't think so sell your shares (assuming you are even vested) and enjoy the rest of your year. Simple as A...B...C
You should take a few minutes to actually read links before responding....

Standards seem much more stringent IMO.

Consistently losses quarter to quarter ... i'm done lol
You really think I wouldn't look up the companies blow a quick 20$ to respond? That's strip club money but I will gladly give it to iHub this one time.
Ensync really ... operating at a loss quarter over quarter and you just lied about assets per the Feb 2016 filings. $4MM in assets buddy.
Oncosec ... another company posting quarter over quarter losses, didnt feel like looking up assets.
Want to get a company pulling in revenues so we can compare apples to apples and not apples to dirt?
OK ... still all would be extremely overvalued.
Where are you accounting for intrinsic value aka patents, proprietary information and relationships within the industry. All things of value which command a premium as shown throughout the tech sector.
I should become a teacher smh
Show me 1 stock not over-valued, I challenge you Mr. Book Value
Do you realize that if that were the case almost every single tech company would need to be shorted immediately?
First purchase: April 2013
Current Average: .04736
I've been following the company and progress for 3 years. What's your story? Besides only posting about dumping stocks you don't have on a bunch of different boards of course.
I am pretty sure dad and Z remember me from years ago; you could also check my post history on profile if you need some references and sources.
DAAAMMNNNNN DANIEL ... Your account not green?! Mine is lol
Great conference call!
Thank you to everyone, Santa came early for a few. $SGLB Strong
If you still view this as an excellent long-term buy then your whole statement is contradictory. You should be buying based on market value not share price.
Why would you not want to be in while market value is at its lowest? Why do you think that the market value will drastically drop after split? Why do you think SGLB has no plan in place if this is a good long-term investment?
I think he is playing coy with that answer ... the 100 factor puts the pps just above $3 per share at current valuation; A minimum for most of the large exchanges.
S/O to Aaron and his questions.
I think this drop was too be expected; we were trading way outside the upper bollinger band, technically that could not last and if it goes on another day then we are def in for a big drop ... not all the way to .04s but mid to high 05s; but regardless, new price and ticker are coming next week.
I am with you on the timing. I was expecting a little more leading up to a big move by management like this, not for it to come out the blue. However, I do believe that we have solid management in place and there is something going on behind the scenes.
The key will be, does SGLBD have investors ready to establish the market value after the split. They are going to need active trading post-split and I think that's where the $100k buyback option comes in (negate a possible backslide), but I can't help to think that they have someone else waiting to acquire more shares.
All JMO ... Best of luck to everyone! Hope CC goes well.
Anyone working for the company is already allocated shares as part of a retirement plan set up by Mark Cola ... or did you miss that PR?
If I work for Coca-Cola and already have Coke stock options I would invest elsewhere ... JMO.
Do you even know what is going on here? You sound like a lot of hot air coming out a kettle ... huge fuss but when in reality its time to relax and sip tea.
You and your "multiple accounts" would be over-joyed if your "multiple accounts" existed. SGLB treating shareholders great and keeping the progress on the up and up just like the pps after RS aka Share Reduction for up-list.
L2 eerily thin... My guess is we will see an attempt to empty the pockets of the small investors rest of week.
I am seeing conflicting releases ... Yesterday I could of swore it said a 1:75 split ... I am seeing 1:100, can anyone confirm which it is? I should of bought more yesterday if it is 1:100.
Also, $100k buy back program ... very nice! SGLB def trying to up-list
Fannie Mae reps are coming in town today so I do not think I will be able to listen in at my desk, anyone jotting down highlights/key points for the CC that were not already announced? I can buy a month real quick to direct message.
YE financials are coming out tomorrow morning before the CC correct?
Movement on L2 starting to pick up again. About a 50/50 day for trading going into power hour.
Sigma is definitely starting to get some much deserved attention and action. Longs should be enjoying some green accounts in the weeks to come!
Just a personal preference, I like to see movement over a week not day by day.
I like the way you prioritize! Looks like we may have a chase in progress .065/.066
