ok so it is just an opinion, no problem we all have opinion's it is just that I have never seen you be positive in the 5 years, even at the start when they had a great story and no history on failing to deliver on thier promises.

change, besides what you see or lack of what you see with SPZI do you have any other source of data that is telling you something is not right. I do not mean lack of PR's, lack of volume something different then what we all ready know.

I am not going to argue with you about what may or may not happen but I would like to know if you have a source that has given you insight into SPOOZ not counting what the general public sees.

You do not need to devuldge your source if you have one a simple yes or no would do.

FYI, I contacted John Unwin this week. They are working on bloomberg but they have an NDA and cannot provide details.

They are working on bloombergs timelines, not Spooz, not sure what that means but BB does not want anyone knowing what they are up to that is why the pr was removed.

disappointed in lack of communication, yes everyone is but it is either going to happen at some point or it is not

just born and alreay an expert on SPZI and XXIS, how did you get up to speed so fast on all those years of history, might you be some else?

here is one scenario

this new company was started by a investor that was ver interested in SPOOZ, so much so they wanted a piece of SPOOZ.

So SPOOZ setup this company to be run by this investor in return for a cash injection into SPOOZ. The investor gets a piece of they pie in terms of subscription %, SPOOZ gets a cash injection to avoid further dilution and perhaps enough to uplist (3 months of no diluting).

This is all a guess, would be nice it if it true but we have not recieved any information as of yet to really isolate what is going on. I do believe there is some silver lining here as Paul would not work this long and hard to give it away. Probable a necessary evil to keep a float with minor negative impact compared to other options.

well it's obvious you have never run a business, if you can do the same thing in one office versus two and reduce expenses. Regardless of how much you are making that is smart business.

I hear Kraft is laying off 1600, guess they are not doing so well, wrong doing quite well just trying to maximize profit margins for shareholders.

I think if Spooz announced a major deal with some broker you would still find fault. I have not seen you get one iota of enthusiasim with anything that has been PR'd.

Dont tell me that nothing they PR'd excites you becasue you think it is all fluff, a PR is what it is, belive it or not but they reveal some expsoure to what is happening. And as shareholder of a stock that has gone down 80% your human need for validation would override your logic and you would try to see the positive, but yet you have none.

Which I can only conclude that you have already lost money, you actually sold and are now forever angry at Paul. Or you simply have another agenda.

I have to say, your logic applies for flippers, jump in on news and get out when the steam runs out.

If you were planning on holding for a longer time you would be less concerned with current PPS IMO.

We are in the pinks, primarily dominated by flippers because it is such a high risk play area. So dont expect the flippers to be concerned with what the company is doing long term, they simply don't care. They want to make cash now not 2 years from now.

So lack of volume on a PR is pinky land and then trying to relate that back to the "Market" is a joke.

Foundation building for longer term oppourtunities, thats what i am talking about.
