“Leo needs to get this judgement taken care of.”
He could have avoided the whole mess with paper and pen and a 50 cent stamp. What a dumb ass.
One tenth of a percent of a penny increase today. $0.001 increase. Simple math. Gates and the Koch Bros must be cornering it.
$0.001 gain equates to a 17% gain- happy days are here again.
From your post, at the bottom :

Put your pj’s on. This “stock” is beyond sleep mode, it’s been long dead.
I check this site out for an occasional chuckle… you did not disappoint. TY for the laugh.

“IPIX has no money for P3. To date have found no partner to advance this B application so until they do B-OM sits on the sideline vegetating.“
More than vegetating, B has DECOMPOSED.
Holy Crap, this **** still floats. Must be attributable to the turd exec lying about.
Glad I left long ago. Just check in for ***** and giggles.
Sad lot here.
Quite a bad, want to be, graffiti artist from what I see and read.
Keep plugging, I guess, clearly no one believes the proclamations, from where ever they come from.
Pipe on pumpers, continue to toot your own horn. BP must be stupid.
He’ll find out, not you.
Long time no visit to this Site(sold out long ago- thank God).
I’ll take advice from the likes of those with integrity.

This “investment” is STILL a fools bet, but good luck to you.
“Is it time to start gobbling again”.
Good(not really).
What has Karinca, aka Minnie whoever have to say?
She/he seemed to know all about this “company”, perhaps more than investors shall ever know.
"A broad spectrum anti-viral that can kill any of the new viruses before they have the chance to attack can be super useful. And valuable."
Buyer beware. The ceo drags a broader spectrum of lies, imho. He stinks.
"We are seeing the Blue Host server default page because the website is under construction and isn’t complete. Likely the owners in this case Squalusmed are building a completely new web page. Should be interesting."
. Perhaps you could give them a ring, better chance of them answering than Wakefield. Here's the tele:T: +972 5 44503750

My answer, yes.
But the chance of company success are zero to nil.
I bailed months ago, but check in for chuckles.
Corrupt “management” by my perview.
“If it can handle a superbug that NO other antibiotic can handle, the price becomes pretty minute to those needing the treatment.“
The big if is management. Are they reputable, able, honest? Apparently not.
No one appears to have, or is, knocking at the door(never mind answering the phone). Buyer beware.
Quote:
“Brilacidin showed promising treatment effects”
Would love to see the actual documentation in an attachment to the filed 8k pr through the sec, rather than a pr from this “company” w/o backup.
8k filed with sec, w/o back-up, by my recollection.
Forward looking statement clause only.
350k shares traded... holy cow! ~$15000. sounds like a wash trade based on a prior post(s).
"DREAMS CAN COME TRUE!!"
CLEARLY NOT with erhlich at the helm.
LOOK AT A CHART, new potential investors.
But the people responsible for formulating that admirable team of advisors were proven frauds. I suspect the advisors were hood winked.
Thanks for proving the point.
This company (https://www.e2biolifesciences.com/)?
Didn't quite make their "coming to market in 2021" statement, made in 2020.
Appears the one and only trial (ph 1/2) has yet to start recruiting at the one study site listed in Armenia.
https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT05104268?term=bocaliner&draw=2&rank=1
"Do we need any more reasons why our trail was designed to fail?"
He knew the trail he cut would end nowhere, and take many over the cliff, imho.
Go ipix!

SPRING DOUBLEHEADER... BATTER UP!"
The accountant is no Casey at the bat. Expect another swing and a miss at whatever he's involved with. Whatever he delves into is not with whole hearted belief, or drive, in my personal experience and imho.
GLTA
Glad I dumped it. It's on my "watch" list, which has been amusing to watch since dumping it (all but some for logistical reasons).
PJ's quip-“The Phase 2 COVID-19 clinical trial data as of the date of this Form 10-Q has yet to have undergone full data analysis and review as biostatistics data is still forthcoming from its vendor. The Company expects this process to be completed during February and plans to subsequently report findings.”
Your response- Mangled English and I suspect there is a “not” missing before “forthcoming".
In any event in the real world of real BioPharmaceutical companies those data relating to secondary endpoints are produced effectively simultaneously with the data related to the primary.
Thats simply the way statistical analysis packages work.
Either this statement is a lie, or IPIX has not received this data because it has not paid the “vendor”.
I'll take the former, Alex, based upon historical ways.
"The SEC has a fraction of these scam sites now to regulate, and with the fines they will impose, well you get the message"
Got it. Likely why the bean counter has gone silent. Who's been able to speak with him of late? Who has visited the Wakefield grounds? It's as far as you get...the doors are locked. Nobody answers the phone, nobody opens the door.
“Is not!”
Confirm that with Menon, or Evans, or Cummings., or most sh’s. I believe you’re in the minority. Sure you have “good” reason. Carry on. Few are listening.
"Death Spiral refers to a type of financing. It isn't represented by any pattern on a chart except in the sense that that type of financing typically results in the price trending down."
Bold type added by me to your response. Appears to be a death spiral to me per the definition you note and coupled by a simple glance of the (any) ipix chart
"I agree somethings cooking. Looking forward to the next update."
Nothing's cooking any longer. Too much fat and oil in this recipe of disaster caused a fatal grease fire which burned many according to the arson squad.
"Amazing looking at the tape of trades today. 16 trades show up at 10,000 shares each. And the stock did not move up."
A whooping $6400 exchanged (assuming 4cents/share). Doesn't even cover the accountants daily salary.
Interesting read, and it’s shorter than a book.
https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/personal-liability-piercing-corporate-veil-33006.html
A portion of the article is below.
Factors Courts Consider in Piercing the Corporate Veil
The most common factors that courts consider in determining whether to pierce the corporate veil are:
whether the corporation or LLC engaged in fraudulent behavior
whether the corporation or LLC failed to follow corporate formalities
whether the corporation or LLC was inadequately capitalized (if the corporation never had enough funds to operate, it was not really a separate entity that could stand on its own), and
whether one person or a small group of closely related people were in complete control of the corporation or LLC.
Some corporations and LLCs are especially vulnerable when these factors are considered, simply because of their size and business practices. Closely held companies are more susceptible to losing limited liability status than large, publicly traded corporations. There are several reasons for this.
Failure to follow corporate formalities. Small corporations are less likely than their larger counterparts to observe corporate formalities, which makes them more vulnerable to a piercing of their corporate veil. To avoid trouble, it's best to play it safe. It's important for small corporations and LLCs to comply with the rules governing formation and maintenance of a corporation, including:
holding annual meetings of directors and shareholders or members
keeping accurate, detailed records (called "minutes") of important decisions that are made at the meetings
adopting company bylaws, and
making sure that officers and agents abide by those bylaws.
“If I had to guess, I'd wager...
the potential pipeline addition consists of a new compound that Degrado is looking to hock. (BrilaBooster?) Ehrlich doesn't know (or care) what it actually is, he just needs a new 'cide' to promote. The market clearly isn't putting its money on his current stable of nags.”
I think you need not guess….. the proof is in the pudding.
“Give the naysayers hell Leo.”, while offering the curious silence, leaving little for most(nothing) to wonder.
“…….. The point being the Company isn't giving up whereas some shareholders may be doing just that.”
The problem with this “company” is that there is no chain of command. Leaders of such companies oft find legal problems find them, and land in the likes of sing sing.
.... " Exciting to know we have so many areas in which B can work."
Can is the wrong verb, as it has not been definitely proven. It may, let's pray, but stop putting words in our mouths. HIGHLY DOUBTFUL.
Have a nice may day stock flight (price). Remember, it's your own fault if you fail to activate the ejection seat. You're flying low.
"What Mack stated is still on the table until and If the company would go bankrupt. You all want to make this minor set back out to be the end all for Ipix. The minor set back caused a knee jerk reaction by MM's to crash the stock price Significantly in a Significantly accelerated manor.
Can you explain why that happened? Even after the mako piece it took days maybe weeks to drop the pps as Significantly as we recently experienced?
Why do you think that happened Colonel?
SS, wants to talk about AE's, but in this world of OTC, it's about the play. So like a trampoline, as this sits at this level, getting way over weighted, when she Flys she will fly.... Nothing to do with AE's, or Leo has a shell company n big pay,, yadda yadda... she'll go!! It's why so many shares are being redistributed, and when Mr MM wants, away she'll go, up up n away.
Later, Im dropping the mike."
Thanks for the education. You effectively confirmed what others have implied... that this company is a hoax per your quote. ".... but in this world of OTC, it's about the play. So like a trampoline, as this sits at this level, getting way over weighted, when she Flys she will fly....".
Note, its peak hi's have been declining for years. You, clearly, are an expert in recognizing frauds and know how they play.
Pick up your mike on the way out.
"Take heart, cat who wears a lemon on his head. The first quarter of '22 will signal the upward bound future of IPIX with a series of positive press releases. This investment that appears to be nearly worthless will rise like a Phoenix and soar, putting a smile on the faces of cats and other critters. It will be a happy new year as you'll soon see."
Hopefully, you are correct and the trend is just a continuum of 11/5/21 when the sp closed that day ~7 times higher than today's sp even though it closed 30% lower than the open. One explanation offered was that day was a only a knee jerk reaction to other covid news.

JH is still there? I wonder, with doubt. If she is, she has sullied any reputation she previously had.
I wouldn’t trust to my taxes or rely on him for any of my accounting needs. He’ likely put H&M’s Bloch out of business.
…… “These treatment options need to be studied, perhaps none are really available, but we'll never know until they aren’t addressed in the lab.”…….
The ole Ipix lav, where all “studies” wind up in the sewer.
“In reality IPIX exists solely to transfer money from the gullible and greedy to the equally greedy but much less gullible CEO, Leo Ehrlich, so this is all highly hypothetical.”
Very succinct.
MAYBE, “GONNA do”.

Forward looking?
That’s what he feeds the suckers.
I just bought a condo there, it felt like a better move, investment wise, after dumping this.
