INTK - 20+ yrs in mkt never heard of a reverse buy back. There are reverses and there are but backs. FINRA would never allow a buy back of a penny stock…. The use of cash vs growing a company….. not going to happen. A reverse … he has to be fully current and even then it’s not a guarantee. There is no reason for him to reverse.
