Would you please provide evidence security fraud is still in play? An old suspension document does not prove your assumption. Based on my info there is no ongoing investigation. SEC is only requiring ARYC to release financials. It's also obvious to the fact ARYC is still listed and advertising covid testing. If ARYC was scared they would have deleted everything involving covid 19. If ARYC was fraud SEC would have already forced ARYC to remove anything to do with covid testing. If ARYC was fraud they would no longer be trading.. Again, based on my knowledge SEC is only requiring financials at this point, as stated in the old suspension doc you posted.
