I'm not sure if that is the case. I've spoken with Saunders also and he has been very supportive of Chas. I do know he was frustrated with his posts constantly being deleted.

As far as I know he does not. I have suspected that Saunders has posted here in the past, but not lately.

Chsmoke- in all honesty, I somewhat interpreted your posts the same way trader did...calling me out by name in each of your posts and somewhat painting me as some gullible fool who will believe anything I'm told. This may not have been your intent, but it is how I took it. Hence why I have not responded until now. Look...I took the same risk here as you did when investing with this company. The difference is i took initiative to reach out to management and build what i feel is a good relationship by phone over the years, i hope to meet them in person in the near future. The calls I have with them give me peace of mind things are moving forward, and I like to share that with this board knowing there are some like minded shareholders who appreciate it. I also realize that I could be wrong and they could be totally bullsh*ting me, time will tell. I don't believe that is the case, but if it is then I will accept that and life will go on.

Anyways, I spoke with Chas end of last week, and he stated they are taking the necessary steps to get current on financials and be in compliance by the due dates.

For what it is worth, he reiterates that company has been in contact with transfer agent and the other necessary parties, and will fulfill all requirements by the deadlines. Thanks ch, you are correct, we are in exactly same boat. I don't simply take Chas'word on everything he says... however, it does give me some hope he is still willing to speak with me. I have been speaking to him regularly over past 6 years, and spoke with him this week also. I'll take what I can get. We will know truth in few months i suppose. Have great weekend everyone.

Not updated yet, Deadline is September 30th from what I recall. You can check SEC.gov.

I don't recall anyone mentioning expecting news Monday. We have just been told that news is coming.

This is no surprise and coincides with the regulatory crack down by the OTC on non current filers that has been discussed on this board the past couple months. I imagine there are similar notices by the brokerages for all companies in the same position. Bottom line is CTDT will need to follow through on what they have stated they will do and get current over next 2 months. Several people on this board have heard this commitment from both Chas and Stephen Saunders. Time will tell.

The selling has been minimal... thousand shares here and there. Buying minimal as well. I think the long term shareholders are holding their shares until we hear official news. At that point, will hopefully see buying resume from existing shareholders and those waiting on the sidelines. Bottom line is that CTDT needs to "walk the walk" in next few months.

Thanks chsmoke, I appreciate it. In answer to your question, if 9/30 rolls around with no update, that will certainly matter to me. That is essentially a hard line in the sand, and failure to become current will be detrimental.

I honestly don't know how to respond to this. I will continue posting updates as I receive them, as there are some people here who still believe in CTDT and this is my only way to pass updates along. If a newbie decides to invest in this stock (low volume, no news, behind on financials) strictly due to my post (along with all the negative posts out there), then that is on their own accord.

This week I spoke with Chas on the subject. He stated they have corresponded with the OTC, and they will be good as long as they get current with financials by 9/30. He stated they will meet that requirement.

I think a lot of the long term shareholders here already own a lot of shares, probably with an average share price in that range. So buying more wouldn't necessarily bring their average pps down. In addition, while those like myself are still optimistic, we may have reached our risk appetite. Once some news is released, may buy more.

In all honesty, given the potential of and our hopes for this stock and its current state...there are few things that are a better use of my time than trying to get some kind of update, lol.

Called Chas the other day. He sounded very optimistic, stated they are finalizing the details of a few items and will be releasing some news shortly. Regarding the tweet, I think it was a way to get our attention letting us know there is still a pulse and to expect news soon so it just doesn't appear unexpectedly.

Let's hope we see something in next few weeks.

I've spoken to Mr. Saunders recently and he is optimistic and he is on board with what Chas has going on.

As a follow up to the "No Problem" message, I sent a text to Chas myself stating that here has been some concern from share holders about OTC delisting stocks that aren't Pink Current by 6/30/21. I then asked if he had any concerns with meeting this deadline, and does CTDT plan to do so? He replied stating he had no concerns and that CTDT will be current.

In one of my calls with Chas over last few months, I asked about getting current on Financials. He stated something along lines of that this will happen, and shouldn't take long once ready. Guessing other matters have taken priority but seems there is no choice that this will need to happen soon.
