Miggi, You are absolutely correct regarding the chill with td. I realize they are not on the Dtc website which makes it very hard for people using other brokers to believe. My brother tried to buy both Wednesday and Thursday and received the same message from them. When calling them he was told they were on a chill. He uses a cash only account and still couldn't buy. He was however able to buy with Etrade. GLTA

it's no joke Miggi, my brother tried to buy using Td Ameritrade today as well and received the same message. Hopefully this is some kind of error and will be corrected tomorrow. If this has already been addressed I apologize, just catching up on today's posts. GLTA

Great Day for PCFG, will be interesting to see what happen's tomorrow. This stock has been beaten down severely for quite some time now. The OS is slightly over 2 Billion now. There is going to be a shareholder's meeting 2 days before fin's are due. We are going to have a vote on a proposed R/S between 1/4 and 1/20. Plenty of speculation on all of the following. So here is my theory. The stock will run to .05 prior to the meeting, they will then do a 1/20 RS putting the stock price at $1.00. That will allow them to Uplist which brings in a whole new category of investors as well as much more favorable financing if needed. Granted, if they have the gold all bets are off.

Today just showed what this stock is capable when they actually let it run, might have been testing the waters today.

Agreed on the "rehash" part, but updating your SH's would be the wise thing to do. It's going to be very hard to get additional funding, which they have stated they need, if this falls into the trips. JMHO

Nothing to talk about. Everything being talked about is either old "news" or just pure speculation which means absolutely nothing. People just dreaming out loud one way or the other. Can't be propped up for too long without news coming directly from the Co. Good luck to all.

If its good for a bounce that would mean he believes its going up, he just can't say that as that would defeat what he's attempting to do. Something to ponder after reading the board today.

Fact 1 - they had $625 in cash after Q1
Fact 2 - They need to raise capitol to continue working as they have stated

There are a few ways to raise capitol. Sell shares, product, or get loans.

So ask yourself, would you rather see them raise capitol or shut the doors and watch your investment go to 0.00000? Yes, I would love to see it happen without dilution but it's probably not a reality at this point. In saying that, I'm fine with the selling if it's going to get us where we need to be.

The OTC is always a gamble and everybody here should know that. If you're worried about it (nothing wrong with that) you should probably sell and conserve your capitol, plenty of opportunities out there to make up your loss.

One last thing to keep in mind, PR's cost money!!! As always we will know on their schedule, not our's. AIMHO

PS - there's someone on the board with numbers in their name. You should sell your "millions" of shares now, there still worth a good chunk of change. Then you can stop trying to "save" the rest of us, capitol preservation if your convinced it's this bad.

Nice post. Someone who understands how trading groups work. With those kind of shares they can start or kill a run. Typically, they would sell back and forth to each other at the ask to get the price moving in the right direction. They can put up block after block of 100k buys at the ask raising the ask each time. This could cause some serious buying action. When they are happy with the price they will start to unload. There needs to be a lot of buying obviously to move those kind of shares, but if its a good run that should be no problem. Keep in mind also, these groups don't need a grand slam, 20 to 30 percent on that investment is a lot of $$$. They can hold a couple million for the potential of a monster run if they choose. They move from one stock to the next so I don't see them hanging around very long. We'll know in the next 2 weeks I think. Anyway, I liked your thought process. Imho.

Rather curious to see what happens to the OTC with all that is going on with KCG, otherwise known as the MM NITE. They lost 440 Million$$ between yesterday and today, and it is going to take another company with some Deeeeep pockets for them to survive. They are one of the biggest MM's on the penny stock front. This could get really interesting. IMO

Yep, I was in around that time. Told ya I've been around awhile:) The amount of information should/could be huge!!! But I agree, I'm hoping for that surprise gem out of left field that could send this into orbit. That run showed a small glimmer of what could happen. Just need to tell the story and execute. Those really big Green symbols on the hot board tends to bring in hoards of new investors and money.

If she blows odds are it will re-trace. Could be an opportunity to trade some if that happens, to each his own at that point.

Agreed Risk. There is no volume to speak of right now. People are waiting to buy or sell. This stock can be easily manipulated with the lack of volume. I could put in an order to buy at .01 tomorrow to watch the chart spike up. What would it mean??? Absolutely nothing without any volume and the same goes for the opposite. This things a ticking time bomb right now.

It is, has been, and always will be at their pace. That is true for any company. As far as the filings, we'll find out soon enough. As I stated, I don't see them becoming current only to file Q2 late, that would just make no sense to me. So if they get Q1 out "in a few weeks" then yes I would see Q2 being filed in a timely manner.

Thanks and completely agree. Gotta add one thing. I don't think we see Q1 until Q2 is ready to go. There is no way they would file that, get current, only to be late with Q2. I won't be crass enough to give a guess because that's all it would be, a guess. If it doesn't come until August, I'm cool with that. I hope as everybody else that it's sooner, but imagine back to back, this could get popping real fast.

Proper execution, it's all I'm looking for. Oh, and maybe a run like AT%N had would be cool as well, minus the collapse and bankruptcy of course.

Thanks Risk. I just don't post much due to the fact if it's not giving the board info I have found, I just don't bother. Falon finds all kinds of good stuff for the board and to be honest most of the rest is fodder. Not that I mind, it's good for some laughs.

But since you asked, here's my .02

I think the Company will definitely get current. They have spent way too much not to. Why would they go through all of this to get current??? There is money to be made!!! They need to get the story out to inform the public and current shareholders. They can't do this until current. I think we will push the .01 barrier once current.

The CE will then be removed. I believe next will be the uplist. I think this will get us to around .02 possibly.

Now they need to inform us all of what is going on and what there plan's are. Give some hard numbers, the public will make up their mind if they are good or not. This could get us to .03 (sell now scuba, you're free)

The story they tell will determine where this goes. Will they be an explorer or producer? If it's the latter all bets are off. This could gain huge momo if done correctly. These stocks can take off with the right news as you know.

By the way, do you know what kills runs?? Not hitting the ask!!! Think about it this way, You want to make money during a run, when you bidwhack you temporarily stop the run, if enough people do it, the price goes nowhere!! Be smart people, you will make more in the long run.

I hear ya Risk and agree with most of what you replied. I pay zero attention to "those people" if ya know what I mean, their tactics are so transparent it's laughable and except for a few days the volume too low to trade, imo. They don't warrant a response in my book.

Jim, I don't post on ihub often at all, but I must say that is the best post I have read in a long time!!

I will never understand why people are called out for there trades or trading style. There is trading and investing, traders are constantly berated on this board. Drives me nuts when people ask why someone would sell at these levels? Sometimes it's called capital preservation!!! Until someone learns to take a loss they will never be successful trading or investing, they're not all winners. Maybe they just want out. Maybe they've made money and want to move on. To each his/her own.

For anybody that says they know what's coming, they know no more than you or I do. The only thing we know is what is released in the filings, that is all that can be verified, no more, no less.

I do believe they are on the right track, they're spending a lot of money to get the fins up to date anyway. But to think this is going to sky rocket when current I think is foolish. I agree with you, they are going to have to tell the story and sell this. If it's a good story the price will act accordingly and the same goes if it's a bad story. Regardless, the story needs to be told to move this thing, and yes I realize they can't until current.

I love your point of view. I think the majority of people here are investor's and not traders. A trader would never want his/her money tied up in a year long downward spiral. They would cut there loss and get out. Investors believe it will come back and can't fathom taking a loss. I remember reading quite some time ago that SP wanted "True Longs", to me its obvious why, where do you think this stock would be at without them.

I'm glad for your voice of reason here and if I ever buy or sell a stock based from what I read on a message board shoot me now.
